Slechte communicatie bij check-in kamer zou over half uur klaar zijn. Was tot 2x niet het geval. Was beter geweest als direct was vertelt dat dit 3 uur kon duren. We hebben de tijd prima kunnen benutten om de stad deels te verkennen. Maar communicatie kan dus beter

Cons:

Buffet breakfast. Too simple and not many options. No juice available. Long lines to do your bread. For the price and place , the expectation is high and they didn’t fulfill it.

Excellent Space for visiting and work.
Pros:

Staff made it really a hospitable place to stay. The location is excellent and very convinient to walk around anywhere in downtown Vancouver including to the local beach side.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Susil, who took care of me for the whole week that I was there. Susil, you went over and beyond your call of duty to assist a solo orphan traveller to feel safe and looked after. I really appreciate this very much. Thank you for being you.

Cons:

They sauna was out of order, it would have been great to have had access to this at the end of each day.

Good hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, ideally placed. Staff very friendly, although they could advise you on check in that you need your room key to activate the levels in the lift. Was also surprised at the $600 security deposit on check in and thought it was very excessive.
