Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the l'Occitane bath products and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The downtown location was really great. We were able to walk just about everywhere, including Chinatown, Gastown and Yaletown. Lots of dining options within walking distance, too. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Cons:

There's really nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Vancouver stop-over
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located in downtown Vancouver and we found it to be of a very high standard, having everything that we needed.

Cons:

The bed was very soft, much softer than we are used to and was noisy to move around in, we think because of a plastic mattress protector.

Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

I was immediately impressed when we got there! I loved the giant window with a view of the city and mountains from the room. The beds were super comfortable and I loved the shower. The l’occitane products were super nice too. The staff were so pleasant and nice. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in Vancouver.

Pros:

Ideal location to get all around downtown and into Stanley Park and beyond. good dining options, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

Great location -- SUPER CLEAN -- GREAT ROOM SERVICE!!
Pros:

Awesome location!! FANTASTIC ROOM SERVICE BREAKFAST!! Great restaurants in the area!! FABULOUS DOORMEN AND VALETS!! Comfortable rooms with a nice cozy bed and separate sitting area. SUPER CLEAN!!!

Cons:

Very busy lobby/check in -- but really this is a very nice hotel, there isn't much not to like here -- so just stay here!!
