The room costs due to World Cup were ridiculous but had no choice, whole City ripping off visitors

The bed was amazing.
They did not service our room one day. We said hello to housekeeping as we were leaving around 11am. They were cleaning other rooms at the time. We did not leave any indication that we did not want our room cleaned. So unsure why it was missed.

I always stay at Sutton Place when I’m in Vancouver! It’s great for families but this time it was just me and my husband and it was great for a romantic stay too. Love the updates to the rooms!
Having to pay extra for parking.
The property was convenient to the airport and there was a 24 hour shuttle bus to and from the airport.
