Great location and easy check in!
Pros:

Overall great, very quiet, 24h reception, it the middle of the city, close to the main train station! Free water in the room and a fridge!

Komplizierte, sehr enge, familienunfreundliche Parksituation

Personal z.T. zu beschäftigt, um zu grüßen

unsicher erscheinende Lage nahe Bahnhof

kein Babybett trotz Buchung (hätte aber auch nicht mehr ins Zimmer gepasst, daher haben wir es dabei belassen)

Great location, well-maintained & clean rooms with wonderful staff
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk from the train and U-Bahn stations, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Cons:

The noise from the neighbouring rooms could be heard at night.

Schönes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit gemütlichem Charme.
Es scheint schon etwas länger dort zu sein, da es ein modernes, aber gediegenes Ambiente versprüht.
Wird im Treppenhaus und im Aufzug sichtbar.
Die Fenster sind 3 fach verglast, wodurch ein Großteil der Außengeräusche gedämmt wurden.
Da wir vom Flughafen kamen, nur eine Nacht geblieben sind und am nächsten Tag mit dem Zug weiter gereist sind, war die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof entscheidend.
Auch der Marienplatz und die gesamte touristische Innenstadt war fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Na, ja Bahnhofsviertel halt...
Der Bereich scheint im Umbruch zu sein, da es mehrere Baustellen in der Umgebung gibt.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war okay, das Bad etwas klein, für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Wir waren in der fünften Etage untergebracht. Im Zimmer gab es einen Kaffeeautomaten und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser. Fasest sehr toll!

Pros:

Ein sauberes, gutes Zimmer, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstück war solide, hatte salziges, als auch müesli. Ich konnte erst etwas verspätet einchecken, wurde aber mit einem Bier besänftigt.

Die Lage war für einen City-Trip super.

Cons:

Wir hqben ein Zimmer (Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett) gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit drei Einzelbetten. Als wir uns hier beschwert haben, wurde ins gesagt, wenn wir nicht zufrieden sind könnten wir ja abreisen. Solche super Aussagen und dann noch das verdrehen der Augen, wenn man etwas zu sagen hat, ist uns sehr übel aufgestossen. Wir konnten unsere Buchung belegen. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal total überfordert. Die Tische wurden viel zu langsam abgeräumt und das Buffet nur sehr schleppend aufgefüllt. Schimmel in der Dusche 2ar ebenfalls vorhanden.
