Price, facilities, internet speed, toilet wash basin was too small, there was no shampoo, there was just hot water in the shower unit no cold water
Not much except the location was okay. also this picture looks nothing like the room I stayed in
know there's nothing you can do about the heat, but the hotel is not up to par in cleanliness and service. we stayed 4 nights and I didn't receive room care or new towels any of the days. the first day someone did come in and empty the trash but didn't leave clean towels. When I inquired I was told I could go get them myself in the back room. The carpets are dirty and un kept and the hotel needs lots of repairs.
The supervisor on the front desk was polite, friendly very helpful and nice to chat with. The other staff members were all very nice and polite and friendly. The room had everything you needed a fridge microwave fan and hairdryer. Great value for money 2 minute walk into Cheltenham town. Free parking at the rear which was a bonus.

Room was quiet, good TV coverage; was great having microwave and fridge in the room. I was happy to find such a nice hotel with rooms to spare after 10pm.
I had no criticisms.
Friendly helpful staff, good location, good price, fridge, microwave, plate/bowl/cutlery with tea/coffee making facilities in the room, nice en suite all working okay.
Car parking was a bit tight for 10 vehicles max, but I managed to get parked both nights. There is a multi storey and a NCP car park nearby.

Great locale, solid option if you need somewhere cheap and don't have eyes.
Everything is broken, the place needs a lick of paint or a bulldozer to the face, nearly died to both the fan and the iron (with live wires sticking out).
Location is city centre, so access to shops and everything is great.
There's a fridge and microwave in the room as well as tea making facilities.
M&S food is just yards away and some great cafe stops for breakfast
Free car parking (subject to availability) but had no problems leaving my car there for my 3- night stay

Well.. this is a 3 star hotel and it shows. Decoration and much else needs updating and repairing. WC cistern trickled water 24 hours a day and night. Shower head was held to wall by a cable tie and the shower mixer was only attached by the water pipes - not securely screwed to the wall. Sliding shower door was half hanging off and sliding it to get in was a learning experience.
Bathroom light comes on automatically so you'll get your eyeballs frazzled at 3am if you need to go for a pee.
No food or drink facilities in hotel at all.

Front door shabby, reception bare, public areas had chipped paint and was dingy. Room stuffy, hot and small. Dripping water in shower.
