Pros:

The location and the bed / pillow

Cons:

Definitely not a five star! The lobby is dark and small, the sauna is small and disappointing as there is no lounge area.

A cozy and memorable stay with excellent service, great breakfast AND excellent location!!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a great variety and was one of the best I’ve had. The hotel really gave a Lapland vibe!

Loved the sauna in our room!!!

Hotellet är helt klart rekommenderbart!
Pros:

Frukosten var gedigen och god och möjligheten att få en omelett var toppen!
Hotellet hade en schysst design och inredning med bra och väldigt positiv personal så jag kan mycket väl tänka mig att bo här igen.

Cons:

Jag skulle önska mig en kuddmeny för kuddarna i sängarna var sådär för mig.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Perfekte Lage, super Zimmer mit eigener Sauna und sehr herzliche und stets freundliche Mitarbeiter.Das Frühstück war hervorragend.Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Vielen,vielen Dank😀

A magnificent hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Many of the ingredients were from Finland. Extremely delicious! It was really nice to have breakfast served until 1am (even 2am on Sunday)! I've never had such a great experience before! I didn't have to worry about waking up early to eat at 10am!

everything was great. maybe it was difficult to adjust the temperature in the room

Aamupalalla oli ihanaa että henkilökunta tuli kysymään pöydästä halutaanko me kahvia tai teetä. Huone oli uskomaton. Sisustus ja miljöö sai sellaisen olon että oltaisiin oikeasti lapissa. Valot olivat myös tunnelmalliset.

A taste of Lappish in Helsinki
Pros:

The location was great for me, I like to do everything on foot, the neighborhood is super nice with lots of restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast with many options on the buffet and you can also order your eggs however you like. The entire team was super attentive and helpful.

Cons:

I had a lot of luggage because I had been traveling for months and there was no one to help me when I arrived or to carry it to my room.
