The food of the restaurant. The place is terrible, but the food is healthy. A nice surprise.

Location and parking are excellent.

Pauline did an awesome job of helping me navigate my very complex schedule. She made the whole process seamless which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my stay!

Great lobby for family of 10 to gather with big screen tvs to watch the World Cup. Staff was great! Breakfast was good

Our room was extremely small, housekeeping failed to clean it properly on multiple days, and we had days where they replaced half the towels and never took the dirty towels with them. We had to request coffee and basic supplies every single day, and they were never delivered. My husband eventually had to take items directly from housekeeping carts just to have enough towels and coffee. The bed comforters either had clumpy mildew feathers or mold in them. There was a dog barking all day and most of the night and it was hard to sleep. The room itself was dingy, dirty, and old. Please just take my word for it and read other reviews if you need to.

I stayed here over a weekend with my family and had the worst experience with Marriott that I’ve ever had. Upon arrival everything seemed fine but went down hill. The following morning the shower water would shoot out with consistent pressure and stayed cold. I quickly reported it and asked my room to be clean but returned 5 hour later and the room was never checked or cleaned. The following day we asked for the room to be cleaned and it was never. We went the entire stay without our room being cleaned despite asking 3 times and speaking with the manager. During this stay we also reported water stains in the ceiling and requested to be moved due to room not being cleaned, food outside the door in hallway(not our food) and the chance that it could be mold exposure to our young child. Upon checking out, I asked to speak to a general manager, be accommodated for the stay and follow up if it was actually mold. It is now May and after numerous follow ups with the hotel, filing a complaint and talking Marriott the situation isn’t resolved. I never receive a follow up email or call. Please stay away from this hotel - it was the worst customer experience and egregious oversight that I’ve ever seen.

Room was nice and staff was great and had a beautiful view. Was not a fan of the restaurant breakfast and the steak were not great.

I reserved a Mountain View Room category and received a confirmation email from Marriott listing my room type as King Bed, Mountain View room. When I arrived, I was given a freeway view room on the opposite side of the building from the mountains, I showed the front desk my confirmation showing Mountain View. I was told that they did not have that in their system and did not have any Mountain View rooms to offer me. No change on the price either. I called Marriott corporate and received the same response. Unbelievable bait and switch! This seems fraudulent.

The hotel is in a nice location on a hill. Downtown is easy to reach by car. Big outdoor parking area.
There is no bellboy service.
The views are very nice from both sides of the hotel. This is one of the strongest points.
The pool is small but comfortable. The steps are easy to use, and it is enough for a short swim. The floor is not slippery.
The fitness room is good, clean, and has everything you need for basic training.
Good coffee is available only at the bar/Starbucks. However, the amount of coffee is not consistent. The young woman at the counter always serves the smallest amount for the same price, which feels odd.
The lounge is disappointing. The food has an unpleasant smell. The coffee is bad quality. Still, it is useful to have water and soft drinks available from morning until late evening.
Breakfast is acceptable, but not at the level expected from a Marriott hotel.
The breakfast does not include espresso coffee , and you must buy it extra from Starbucks. This is below expectations. The quality of the regular coffee is not acceptable.
The small shop is just fine.
The relaxation lobby is very good and comfortable.
The room has a nice design and is comfortable. The TV is relatively big, flat screen. The walk‑in shower is spacious.
There are several weak points: The ceiling in the room is low. Cleaning is irregular and not very good. The hotel says intensive room cleaning every 3 days. The acoustics are poor — you hear the next room and doors in the hallway closing. There is no magnifying mirror, no shower caps. The soap / shampoo containers are inconvenient to use.

The front desk staff is excellent, very friendly, polite, and helpful. This is a big positive for the hotel.
The men and the middle-aged woman at the bar are also very friendly.

This hotel has a nice location, lobby, and view. The staff was generally nice and helpful. There are a lot of things wrong with it though that make it less than a Marriott experience. The first is the self parking experience. It is a a big parking lot and on a hill. I saw some seniors really struggling. They should offer valet. The worst part of the experience was the "Executive Lounge." It is a small claustrophobic room with minimal, terrible food selections and the make you pay for wine and do not even have a decent selection of sodas. We left and went to the restaurant downstairs. The bartender was the saving grace for the night (though the food I wanted on the menu was not available but what I got was better). Finally, the breakfast is in a nice room but the food is awful. We got better at a Courtyard the next day in Ft. Collins. This hotel really needs to work on its food and amenities.

Abbi talked me into doing something that I NEVER do, leave a review. I am a busy man and do not have time to waste on frivolous things. I am also a frugal man and all about value and total customer service. Abbi is worth her weight in gold. Please keep this in mind when you conduct her next performance evaluation.

I will most definitely recommend this place to others, but ONLY if I receive the same level of service I got from Miss Abbi.

We had a complaint about the room next door, went totally he front desk for possible relocation. Abbi, front desk employee accommodated our request, and was excelled and professional.
We often stay at this location due to the professional staff and great rooms.
