DEJA BASTANTE QUE DESEAR !!

La atención, blanqueria , limpieza y decoración.

Cons:

La ducha del baño estaba rota , el aire hacia ruido , no funcionaba Internet ,lo compre con desayuno y en ningún momento me aclararon que no lo incluia y en Boocking esta poco claro . NO CONDICE LA RELACION VALOR SERVICIO PARA UN CADENA HOTELERA DE PRIMERA COMO AMERIAN, DEJA BASTANTE QUE DESEAR !!

Pros:

Me trataron muy mal el personal, si bien no soy una persona con poder adquisitivo alto pero pude pagar todo y en uno solo pago y me hicieron sentir insignificante. Me dieron una habitación re linda pero al lado del lavadero no me dejaron dormir, ruidos muy molestos y cuando fui a reclamar porque mi vestimenta era distinta recién ahi el trato de ellos tam fue diferente.

Yo viaje por descanso con una parálisis facial y no tenían la terraza habilitada , ni el solarium y el gimnasio con los aparatos rotos ( lo iban a clausurar ) un desastre sentí que me habían estafado

Lindo, cómodo, pero le falta mantenimiento para el hotel que es.

Podrían mejorar las instalaciones, en nuestra habitación el picaporte de la puerta del baño estaba rotó, fácilmente podes quedar encerrado.

La habitación amplia y que disponga de pava y tazas para tomar una infusión en la habitación.

Cons:

Que no informen que el servicio de limpieza se realiza solo si esta el cartel colocado en la puerta..pero se pudo solucionar avisando en recepción.
