La higiene pésima, había cucarachas, la cama súper incomoda, el baño estreno sin las divisorias correspondiente entre la ducha y inodoro... Pague anticipado por dos noches, nos retiramos antes,.me dijeron que harían el reembolso de la noche que no utilizamos el hotel y no lo hicieron. Me comunique vía WhatsApp con el personal que nos registró y no recibí ninguna respuesta.

Cons:

Estamos viajando em grupo de amigos e somos uma família composta por um casal e uma filha de 12 anos. No momento da reserva, tivemos que alugar duas acomodações, pois não fomos informados de que o quarto de casal possuía uma cama extremamente ampla, que acomodaria nossa família com conforto. Também nos foi informado que não seria possível acrescentar uma cama ou colchão extra.

Como não havia mais quartos disponíveis, acabamos permanecendo todos juntos em apenas uma acomodação, de forma bastante confortável. No entanto, apesar de não utilizarmos a segunda acomodação da maneira inicialmente prevista, não nos foi oferecido nenhum desconto ou ajuste no valor pago.
