Pros:

Excellent, friendly staff, especially the guest relations staff and the head of guest relations. We were to stay here for a concert that was cancelled a few hours prior to start time. The hotel was more than accommodating with guests choosing to stay and those wishing to cancel, waiving all fees for guests wanting to cancel and go home, all while maintaining a calm demeanor and a smile on their face. It was the most pleasant interaction with a hotel staff I have ever had. I believe his name was Curtis, last name started with an M. He was outstanding.

Very comfortable & the staff very pleasant
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient to transportation & ability to get to local amenities. Quick trip for a family funeral. The front desk lady was very attentive & helpful. Had issue at checking from travel to hotel & she attempted to solve it before I even checked in.(Asked her name at the time but have seemed to forgotten) Please acknowledge her.

Cons:

Invest in better shower heads. Always enjoy hotels which help you enjoy with nice shower flow.

Cons:

Hotel couldn't find our booking indicating that they didn't get our info sent thru via Booking.com. There needs to be some better communication between the platforms. It's very hard to find the entrance of the hotel valet parking at night. We circled around the building literally 5 times and finally saw the garage door open as another car is going in. There is no clear signage or anything. It was so confusing.

Cons:

The rooms are in need of updating. I was assigned a room next to the elevator and got very little sleep due to the constant noise from people using the elevator and talking throughout the night. Additionally, I was charged for parking for both rooms even though I only had one vehicle.
