Amazing holiday in the perfect location in a wonderful hotel
Pros:

All staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are large with plenty of space even with two double beds, rooms and full hotel are spotlessly clean, swimming pool and whirlpools a definite added bonus to relax in after a day out exploring

Cons:

Only slight issues were that one of whirlpools didn’t work all the time, safe in room didn’t work so was unable to use even after reporting fault. No actual pub/bar in the hotel only restaurants with a bar which you felt frowned upon if you didn’t want a meal in them

Pros:

Large room clean comfortable bed quiet! You are close to restaurants lots of dinning options near the casino . We never used our car the whole three days! Used tour bus and incline.

The room was good

Cons:

There was an alarm going on nonstop from midnight until 1am. It took them a while to fix this. Also they took a credit for 100$ or more without being notified to us before booking this hotel.

When I book online it said it was City view but it was not

Cons:

The room did not have a microwave, couldn't hot the food from the restaurant I had to throw it away.
