Rooms not cleaned the whole time we were there. Basic supplies weren't available and sheets were not changed too.

Overall stay was very nice.
Pros:

Location is great. There lots of places to eat at various prices. The pool and hot tubs were nice. The hotel looks like it has been recently updated and refreshed. Our room was refreshed daily.

Cons:

Getting into and out of the bathtub and getting water on and adjusted was very awkward because the toilet is way too close. The parking was expensive.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. Carpet had dried chocolate stuck to it. Bathroom had someone’s hair in tub. Floor near toilet had not been cleaned. It was disgusting.

The location was convene,but the mosques and flies in the room made our stay uncomfortable.
Pros:

We didn’t get the breakfast, and the location was great.it was very convenient and easy to get around by car.

Cons:

Did not have slippers had a mosquito we called them they said that someone will come and spray something but they didn’t come and also had a fly that bothered us.

Perfect location, but some 'smaller details' for amenities could be improved.

The ironing board was too small. I needed a pillow behind me to sit in the armchair. The pillows were too hard/full; I had a crink in my neck after 2 nights.

Cons:

I stayed three nights with my family in a suite and there was no house cleaning for the entire duration despite repeated calls requesting that our rooms be cleaned.

The front office guy repeatedly told us that the priority for room cleaning is to the rooms being checked out so that new guests can check-in.

The toilets (WC) quite old and takes double effort to flush. Sometimes bounces back.

The staff quite insensitive to the guests requests.

Rugs smelling.


The hotel is run-down and a total waste of money to stay there. We hurriedly left the place after three days to Embassy Suites by Hilton at Toronto airport which was a more classy, spacious and value-for-money hotel.


I will NEVER recommend Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hote to anyone. That tall guy at the reception on the 23rd of August 2026 was very rude. If I have my way I sack him. Unfortunately I could pickup his name from the name tag.i would have published his name on every social site that I know.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL IF WANT VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.

I regret every dollar spent there.
