The bed was comfy and the bedding was clean and nice and soft not overly starchy.
Front desk staff were efficient and helpful.
Felt like a nicer hotel for reasonable prices. Nice facilities.
Convienant location.
When we first arrived we did not receive the same room rate (king bed) that we had booked. The staff was able to fix it at no additional cost, but it was annoying.
House cleaning did not bring clean towels, or turn down the bed.
The fridge wasn't very cold.

No oven inside the room
The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean
Staff was unorganised, water cooler in gym was moldy and cultured mosquitoes, the bar payment system was down, staff forgot my late check out, no filtered water in building, took many calls to get hold of front desk.
Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. I purchased a room for one night and called 5 minutes after purchase to request early check in. I was told no early check in was available. Your staff declined to cancel my reservation and charged me full price for a room I didn’t stay in. The front staff was disgustingly disrespectful. Would not help me. Declined to have someone else assist me. Told me no manager was available. In his words he stated “I do not get paid for this” I disconnected call and I contacted Expedia who stated that my room could be refunded if the hotel staff approved it. He then informed me your hotel staff denied refunding me the amount. I found this to be an extremely unpleasant interaction and it caused me a great amount of distress. I explained to your staff that I was not from Arizona and needed early check in due to not having another hotel to stay in. I explained that i understand the policy does not allow refunds however I had just purchased the room minutes before calling and that I would need the funds to purchase another hotel room. The staff was completely rude, unprofessional and had no empathy. I plan to escalate this issue higher up.

AC keeps turning on and off intermittently
BEWARE! I booked a room at this hotel because of the location and they are suppose to have an airport shuttle. Unfortunately the hotel never answers their phone, day or night! I called at least 20 times in attempt of finding out the airport shuttle hours and NO ANSWER! I have used every extension mentioned in their recorded answering message, including "airport shuttle information" and no answer each time! I am obviously alarmed and concerned that I will arrive at the airport and call for a shuttle and be stranded! The hotel refuses to cancel the reservation, because they say it is, "Not Cancellable!' I travel for a living and stay at Wyndham Hotels often... I have never had such a poor level of customer service or lack of care! I will end up at a different hotel after paying for this one, because they are unreliable and scammed me out of one nights stay! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!
After two days of not being able to reach the hotel by phone anyone should be very concerned! Also, after receiving such poor customer service, I checked their reviews and it seems I am one of MANY complaints!
I like the location, the lobby was nice and the staff was nice.
The chair in the room was damaged. The patio furniture was old and worn out. The toilet didn't work properly.
The hotel was clean. The Beekman 1802 toiletries was a nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast at the onsite restaurant although the service was lacking. The shuttle service was the main issue because my selection criteria was a place close to the airport with shuttle service. I called upon collecting our baggage and was told that the shuttle service ended at 9pm. REALLY? Having been on the road all day, traveling from the East Coast, this was an unpleasant surprise. n
Hotel is very outdated. Staff was rude and not helpful. Pool dirty. Not enough pool towels. Restaurant/bar not open during day. Bathrooms old and falling apart. Paid over $250/night. At best, this is a 2 star hotel.
Clean but old and dated. No coffee shop. Restaurant dinner only and limited hours. No restaurants within walking distance.
Staff transactional and no warmth.
A little cheaper than others but rude share costs to:from restaurants alone made it the same or mire expensive than more convenient locations.
