Pros:

There was no breakfast. We went out once and ate in our room 2 times. Desk staff was welcoming.

Cons:

So many things needed fixing and cleaning. The beds were not comfortable.

Nice staff, great location for walkability, hotel needed updating and definitely needs to do something about the slammin

Staff was great and the location was perfect.

Cons:

We had a group of people on our floor slamming doors for most of the night. Got no sleep. Madison at the front desk was contacted and worked on getting it stopped. In the morning, the front desk assistant said she’d investigate knew who they were and would get back to me about the incident. Literally got no sleep.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

I liked that it was right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

For the price we paid the room was not worth it. It had been cleaned but still looked dirty. There were stains on the bed, the floor, and the other furniture in the room. It is also not advertised that there is what they call an Annex building (not attached to the main hotel) I believe this Annex building is not taken care of as well as the main hotel. It would’ve been a much better stay if the room was worth the price.

Just okay - probably best for families with kids who want a pool.
Pros:

Location was good to downtown Marquette and it had a pool & hot tub. Water pressure for the shower was great.

Cons:

Room was very rundown - plaster coming off the walls in the bathroom, window curtain/drapery broken. The room needs a refresh. Also, free breakfast is not available; a restaurant is located in the hotel though for a price.

Elevator needs updated. It was Dirty and flooring needed repaired. Wish there was continental breakfast but the breakfast at the restaurant was good.

The only redeeming value of our stay was the staff. All members were knowledgeable courteous and helpful.

Overall a fine place to stay. Staff were amazing. Food was good

Staff was fabulous, especially Madison at the front desk. She was amazing and did it all. Very professional and personable. Bar and restaurant were nice.

Cons:

Elevator was disgusting; remodel it! F&B prices were very high. Beverages were almost triple the prices we pay in MN n WI for the same alcohol.

Parking awful. No customer service. When they had double booked us.

Double booked our room. Key worked. Open door to someone shitting on toilet.

Would not give us our money back at desk when we return our key. Said we had to get it back from booking.com.

Whole experience was a disaster. Horrible parking too.
