Very helpful friendly staff on the reception desk, especially Glory and Geneneve. Breakfast room staff were helpful, courteous and efficient.

Location fine for me - near enough to my office. Depends on the location people are looking for in London
Room - plenty big enough for me. Light and airy with 2 big windows

If you want air con - this room only had a fan
Lift - can only fit one person with luggage and is slow
Some of this feedback cd be down to this is an older building

Poorly lit room( poor illumination). Two bedside lamps but no ceiling lighting. Difficult to see to do hair and makeup if bathroom in use. Beds moved away from wall on hard flooring. Paint peeling off windows. Could not have windows open, as room overlooked from building across narrow street and noise late at night. Bath hard to get out from, as no anti slip surface or bath mat. Small and very slow lift, that was in constant use by staff.
Although asked for an early check in, non allowed.

Location was excellent.
The room was incredibly small and dated a tight fit for three people and very different from the photos shown online. It wasn’t very clean. About 2 seconds after we got in the room we got a call from reception to ask if everything was good with the room and if we were satisfied - it felt like that was our only chance to say if something was wrong and in reality we hadn’t even had a chance to check the room out yet. One of the mattresses was very slumped on one side making it very uncomfortable to sleep in it. The wall was very dirty with black marks that didn’t help with the overall cleanliness feel. The several notices and signs to either skip room cleaning/towel changing or save up water when showering took the whole sustainability efforts over the top, veering once again into unclean/unhygienic territory.

There was nothing to like.
Everything about the room was uncomfortable and my wife decided it was a better idea to forfeit the payment and book another hotel.
She literally spent less than an hour in the hotel and moved to another hotel at Great expense.
