Amazing location! Right where we need to be, the rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and attentive (anything you need can be texted and they respond immediately and show up right away), and the breakfast was amazing! 10/10

Cons:

We had a bunk bed that we found out was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. They also don’t have any elevators which is inconvenient if you have a disability or a lot of luggage. Everything else was great though!

Alright but not great like I would have liked

Front desk receptionist, so friendly really. Let us stay an hour after check out at no additional cost so that was extremely kind. I used to love this place, always clean, great breakfast, always full of people renting. Now it’s dead. I understand why! It’s so run down.

Cons:

Place is so run down. Not the cleanest, towels are so dingy, breakfast was horrible and the bus that you take to Disney is full of crack heads and the bus driver so rude. I will never ever rent here again. Not sure if it has a different owner but place is not looking good.

Faithful customer since 2016 but now they lost us
Pros:

Location was conveniently close to the venue for the tournament we were attending and also close to Disney

Cons:

Hair in the bathroom. AC did not work and wasn’t offered to change room even though this was brought to their attention within less than 5 min of arrival. No house keeping services even after we requested it. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go find housekeeping our selves to get it replaced

Overall excellent experience we were very pleased with our stay except the smell. Very comfy and the staff was great.
Pros:

We loved that they would clean our room every time we got back it was so nice to see everything nice and clean we loved the breakfast and the pool was so amazing we definitely will book here again.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn’t fond of was the smell there is definitely mold growing in the walls the smell was strong and it was so disappointing it almost smelled like mildew but definitely mold like smell.

I didn’t like how when we asked for cleaning half way through our stay, one of our San Diego zoo bags went missing & supposedly was never found. I am so mad cause everything in that bag was well over $130 it was my families first time going to California from Montana and for this to happen.. I am very disappointed & heartbroken. We wanted a souvenir from everywhere we went and for that stuff to go missing bummed me out so bad. I would be careful booking, if you do please lock up your things & take pictures of your belongings to make sure you have everything! Pillows & bed were a little uncomfortable also!

Pool is great just a tad small and the walk to disney is doable but going back and forth makes it a real workout within the same day but the location is nice

Convenient to walk to convention center at prices ok for startup
Pros:

Renovated room. Easy to reach from conference center. Pretty decent breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, waffles, bread.

Cons:

Street noise was pretty loud. Try to get an inward facing room and bring ear plugs.
