Pros:

Good location, great price, nice pool, nice to have washer dryer at location, had refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Free breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Was under construction but I totally understand the inconvenience of updating. Will be nice once done.

Lots of pillows on the bed and beds were comfortable and clean

Cons:

Doing construction to the building to the office. There was no desk for the office and there was no pop machine vending machine

tear down hotel and start over.
Pros:

could not use front door , hotel lobby beening remodeled . Hotel room wasn't safe lock on door didn't work correctly.

Cons:

you could hear everthing on next motel room . LOud noises. front door didn't lock . the Lobby staff wasn't friendly.
very cold, like I wasn't even there.

Pros:

We canceled our reservation as soon as we arrived. Front desk lady was very nice. She told us she had no problem canceling our reservation! The ONLY good thing about it.

Cons:

The location and hotel looked like a drug motel. We were the only one who were coming in. Pictures didn't match what was advertised on the website.
My husband got online and looked through different hotels.
We end up staying at Residence inn in Tierra Verde. Right next to Fort DeSoto beach where we were planning to go anyway.
We absolutely LOVED the hotel and location there!!!!

I booked none smoking room. Room had strong smoke smell. Check out was 11:00 am they sent me email asking what time I checked out I said 11;00 am . 10:00 am someone was knocking on our door and when entering the room! It was housekeeping saying you checking out today?!

Cons:

Only stayed one night and checked out the morning before 11. Was told a refund would be given to me by the receptionist. The next day I never get confirmation of cancellation and the room was not booked with my phone number so I could not message booking . Com support - was given confirmation number . Next day I call the hotel and speak with manager and they can not find my booking ! Then when I give them confirmation number they found me but said my stay was for 2 days!! And would be charging me for the second day!! I said I paid for 7 and need to be refunded !! Never heard back when manager said they would contact me the next day. Next day never came and I kept going in circles with people on the phone . No resolution was solved and I’m still waiting for my refund .

Pros:

The hotel has been updated and the rooms were reasonably priced, but there are still some areas that could use improvement. The location is situated between two highways, so traffic noise was noticeable throughout the stay.

While the property has been renovated, there were lingering odors that gave it an older hotel feel. The main entrance door was also difficult to open and often required significant effort. In addition, the cleanliness could have been better. The floors did not seem thoroughly cleaned, and I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room.

Overall, the hotel is not terrible and offers decent value for the price. However, better cleaning and attention to maintenance would greatly improve the guest experience.
