CLEANLINESS WOULD'VE GIVEN A MORE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND HIGHER RATING
Pros:

Most of the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Liked the renovations currently being done. Although there were some issues, most of the staff actually did their job except for the morning front desk guy who left before his replacement came in thus leaving me to wait a long while in order to check out! I thought I'd miss my flight! Kudos to the kitchen staff that rescued me!!! Yet it was her first time checking someone out and she did an excellent job! Thank you SOOOOO much!

Cons:

The cleanliness!! There were roaches in the room. It was extremely clear while we had "cleaned" the room DUD NOT clean well at all. ESPECIALLY the bathroom. I had to request for a housekeeper to come in and re-clean the bathroom and it was STILL not clean behind the bathroom door. The bathroom vent was not working so the room was musty and muggy. But worst of all ....there were ROACHES!! I understand with the renovations and all but the rooms should be SPRAYED WITH BUG/ROACH SPRAY and CLEANED PROPERLY before guest arrive! This was done after it was reported in all fairness. Maybe on a weekly schedule or something. It's excellent in price and the new renovations bump it up a bit but if you keep things CLEAN even in a low budget this would definitely make it a more pleasant place to stay. I mean the sheets were itchy because of the humidity, mustiness, and mugginess if the room from the bathroom vent not working!

Excellent Experience
Pros:

Rolled in at 1:30 AM tired from a long day driving. Room was PERFECT. Clean, Cooled, Excellent Bed with quality sheets, and EVERYTHING worked perfectly. A Real Bargain.

Pros:

The room was nice . But the floor was 🤢 nasty hadn't been mopped since they put it down. Lol . And they didn't tell me that were remodeling.. But I still liked it I would stay again . But before I excepted the room I would like to inspect it.
The staff was very nice and helpful.

Imma going to give the place. 7/10 simply bc the young gentleman working the front counter was above and beyond the normal customer service that you can get these days at most places. Bravo and he's a keeper so treat that employee good!!

Cons:

Now the part that kept me giving at 10/10 was the room deposit refund. It's been added to our card and taken off twice this week so at the moment the second pending refund charge has isappeared thus leaving the original charge and us having my to call back over and over. Hopefully by start of next week that will be taken care of.

Pros:

nice rooms but tv didn't work the speakers were blown and the room was missing microwave. BUR THAT BROUGHT ONE QUICKLY BUT DIDNT FIX OUR TV PROBLEM . Got my security deposit without having to ask which is a first since most hotels like to keep them.

Smelly dirty rooms
Pros:

Horrible dirty establishment with beautiful advertisement pictures that looked nothing like the real thing. Found urine running down the wall and pooling on the dirty unmopped floor. The blankets had burn holes in it and it felt like I was in a crack motel, maybe I was and didn't know.

Pissy room!
Cons:

The pool was broken, half drained and had garbage in it. The floors were filthy and hadn't been mopped. There was urine on the wall which had pooled underneath it and was partially dried. The rooms stunk and only one outlet worked in the room.
