Pros:

Le confort de la chambre et de la literie, la propreté,la gentillesse du personnel et la climatisation. Également l'emplacement à 5 minutes à pied du centre. Enfin la décoration de la pièce commune pour le bar, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner très varié.

Nettes Stadthotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Innenstadt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Wasserspender in der Lobby. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage (während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir tagsüber knapp 40°) hat gut funktioniert und war recht leise. Das Frühstücksbufett war ausreichend.

Cons:

Der Service an der Bar war recht unaufmerksam. Außerdem haben wir am Abreisetag ein kleines Chaos bezüglich unseres Verzehrs gehabt. Wir hatten eine Reservierung für 4 Zimmer und obwohl wir beide Abende unseren Verzehr auf die jeweiligen Zimmer buchen lassen haben, war es am Abreisetag eine Gesamt-Abrechnung, die wir nur schwer auseinander dividiert bekommen haben. Das fanden wir sehr ärgerlich.

Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Ein Beispiel. Der Fernseher (wir hatten 40 grad draußen und uns im Zimmer abgekühlt) entspricht überhaupt nicht den Beschreibungen (kein Cast, kein Stream, kaum Senderbelegung) außerdem war unser Zimmer nicht mehr im besten Zustand aber ok

Un des petits jeunes qui faisait la nuit était au top, à l'écoute, serviable, souriant. Il nous a même refait de l'eau aromatisée.
Au petit déjeuner il était toujours aussi serviable.
Parking pas loin, sécurisé.
