Pros:

Suite junior super grande ! Lit énorme. Très propre. Lit bébé fourni avec matériel adapté. Bon emplacement. Petit dej au top.

Cons:

Matelas qui s'enfonce un peu. Bruits de police/pompiers/ ambulance gênant la nuit quand on donne sur la rue.

Location to tram and train station

Cons:

Price hike for F1 weekend, lack of preparation for F1 weekend, limited menu, no effort put in knowing it was sold out. With the hotel knowing it was sold out during F1 and world Cup final they could have made an effort instead they just treated it like we know we're going to be busy so we won't even offer you the basics.

Siamo stati davvero bene
Pros:

Staff davvero molto disponibile e cordiale. Parcheggio coperto a prezzo convenzionato, a pochi passi dell'hôtel. Ristorante, bar e spazi conviviali molto apprezzati. Ma la cosa ancora migliore è la prima colazione: straordinariamente varia, con prodotti sia salati (non solo uova strapazzate, bacon e affettati, ma anche 5 tipi diversi di formaggio, pomodorini, cetrioli, olive, una quiche squisita...), sia dolci (comprese le creme spalmabili: tahin, burro d'arachidi, nutella... e vari tipi di frutta secca e semi) davvero ideali per iniziare bene la giornata.

Cons:

Ci è piaciuto tutto, tranne il panorama dalla camera, ma quello non dipende certo dalla volontà dell'hôtel

La décoration, la chambre spacieuse, la fontaine à eau et la localisation dans la ville

Découvrir que l’hôtel facturait systématiquement 20€ la nuit pour notre animal de compagnie, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation. La simple mention « des frais supplémentaires pourront s’appliquer » est loin de la vérité! J’aurais préféré une indication claire, précise et transparente, au lieu d’être prise au dépourvu à mon arrivée sur place.

Hotel op prima locatie, parkeergarage niet goed aangegeven én slechte te vinden info over airco.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel en de bedden en sanitair

Cons:

Pas de volgende dag zag ik dat de airco niet werkt als het raam openstaat (airco zat achter het gordijn) Buitentemperatuur was 32 graden en kamer warm, dus raam erbij opengezet. Dus duidelijker aangeven dat eea niet werkt als het raam openstaat. Het uitzicht op het vervallen gebouw ernaast én de troosteloze parkeergarage (vreselijk). Verder werd er nergens aangegeven waar dan precies geparkeerd kan worden tegen gereduceerd tarief. Dus auto ernaast in de parkeergarage gezet wat een uitdaging was (bijna geen plekken die gebruikt kunnen worden en die zijn dan ook nog eens heel klein). Daarnaast nauwelijks buitenruimte (terras zat vol door net aangekomen bus) om nog een drankje te doen.
