Terrible lo unico bueno es el personal del hotel
Cons:

El desayuno muy deficiente no habia ni huevos pericos es decir con cebolla y tomate
El lavamanos estaba tapado terrible
La ducha terrible el piso viejo y descolorido ademas no bajaba el agua
Los jabones en la ducha desocupados
Las toallas terribles eran blancas pero todas percudidas
Para resumir el precio que pague fue demasiado alto para lo que recibi por ese precio he estado en cali muy por encima en calidad sino que no habia disponibilidad

Mejorar la atención de cocina y que no cocinen con tanto ajo para mejorar el olor del primer piso.

Muy buena ubicación y bonitas instalaciones.

Cons:

La cocina tiene un fuerte olor a ajo todo el tiempo, lo cual es incómodo pues es el restaurante está muy pegado a la recepción, cocinan con mucho ajo. El desayuno se agota rápidamente y no llenan los recipientes con diligencia, nos quedamos 2 días y en ambos no habían platos para servir los alimentos. Es bastante costoso para lo que ofrecen.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location because from the street the hotel appears to be very small and hidden. However, once inside it is an oasis. Great breakfast, great roof top bar and tv for sports and amazing staff. The room is great but I wish they would supply a microwave in order to heat up food. Other than that an A+ experience and I will return.

Cons:

The only issue was that there was no microwave in the room so I had to heat up food with the kitchen staff upstairs and the shower made a dripping sound on the metal drain that I could not turn off. Minor issues.

La relación precio-calidad está muy bien. El desayuno es muy completo. Las camas son muy cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

Para los lugares turísticos que queríamos visitar, la ubicación está adecuada. Sin embargo, en la noche se alcanza a escuchar un poco el ruido de la Calle del sabor.
Las toallas no estaban impecables.

Nice location between two interesting areas for tourists. Friendly stuff. Nice view from the room with balcony.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old looking. The breakfast was very basic. The location is very centered so you can hear a lot of traffic from the streets.
