The Havana Cabana is such a cool hotel! They’ve really leaned into the old Cuba theme and there’s fun art everywhere. The pool was perfect—beautiful, clean, and mostly shallow enough for our needs (4’ across 2/3 of it). Service was friendly if a bit slow. I found the place clean overall with no musty smell as has been reported in some other reviews. That said, we requested a room at the front away from the pool, which probably helped. We were not bothered by any road noise. I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Key West.

Dimitri did an outstanding job, he went above and beyond to make our Cuban coffee perfect, we felt like home when we tried it! He was kind and his customer service was amazing. Thank you Dimitri for more people like you.

Service was amazing. Bartender Svetlana made the best coffee & drinks. Such a lovely place to spend time with family and friends. Our room was spacious enough and clean. All the personnel is kind and helpful to get the best experience. I will recommend it to my FRIENDS.

Love the place inside & out., but for such a cute and cozy bar, the music is too loud to talk! It's better for a club/event place.

Havana Cabana was a beautiful, quaint lovely, resort, that we absolutely fell in love with! Everyone knew your name that worked there, and they made you feel so special, everyday!! Some very special people there, just were extra special. At the pool bar and dining , Val, Lana, Dimibty, and Nick., greeted us everyday with their beautiful smiles., and wonderful attitudes, made us just feel so special, like we were the only ones in the resort!! Their service was impeccable!! Please acknowledge them, because they really all went above and beyond, everyday!! We just loved everyone, but they were very special!!! The location and close proximity to stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, very polite. The room was spacious very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the establishment was perfect for catching sunsets in the afternoon. This was also my first time in Florida and in the keys and the experience was 100 out of 10.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Havana Cabana! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, great facilities, and everything was clean and well maintained.

What made our stay truly special was Val. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always had a genuine smile. Her warmth and attention made us feel like valued guests, and she went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you, Val, for making our vacation even more enjoyable!

I would recommend this resort to anyone. Customer service is way beyond what is required. Val, Lana, and Kosbe when out of their way to make sure we had a excellent experience. There was a young man that cleaned the pool area also, but I didn't get his name that was a delight. Food was awesome and the front desk staff helped with anything we needed also.

Our stay was amazing! From the days (and nights) by the amazing pool to the restful nights in the extra clean, comfortable rooms. The front staff was extremely helpful and the shuttle to Duval runs every 30 minutes which is so convenient. Food was great but the staff is what makes this property unique. Will definitely be back. Thank you Havana Cabana for a wonderful trip!

This is the best hotel we have been too. It’s super clean, smells so good, the staff is awesome, the food is delicious and the pool is gorgeous. The hotel has lots of amenities and has a shuttle driving you downtown every half-hour (also stops at the airport)
I can’t recommend it more ! I would be back !!!

Our stay at Havana Cabana was excellent, from check-in to check-out, we were met with generosity. We felt welcomed and thoroughly wow-ed at the same time. Definitely recommend staying here!
