The resort fee includes the following:
-Shuttle service between Havana Cabana at Key West and Downtown Key West, provided every hour.
-Wireless and wired Internet capabilities.
-Poolside cabanas and chaise lounges with service.
-Poolside smoothies served at 12pm in the lobby.
-Cookies and virgin mojitos served from 16:00 until to 18:00 in the lobby.
-Gourmet coffee and tea served from 07:00 until 11:00 under the tiki.
-Unlimited local calls.
-On-site self parking.
-Fitness center usage.
-24-Hour concierge service.

Great vibes throughout and really helpful staff. We like more peace and quiet so the staff gave us a room away from the pool area.
The free shuttle is perfect for getting into town!
The pool is fun and has everything you need... Towels, sun cream, ice water all complimentary, plus smoothies and churros come out complimentary as well!!
The pool could do with netting/quick clean each morning. Iguana droppings made it into the pool once (but only once)
Nick takes care of us everytime we come. No better service anywhere on the island!

Nick at Havana cabana was the best!!! Always working cleaning getting towels helping guests. Truly made us feel like royalty!!! He is truly an asset to Havana Cabana. Because of that I’ll be BACK!
Nick at Havana Cabana Key West was awesome. Super attentive, friendly, and made us feel really taken care of. The service was so good we kept wanting another drink just because the whole vibe was that enjoyable. He made the experience.
We selected this resort for our 10th Annual Guys Trip to Key West and couldn't be happier! Super clean, friendly staff, great food at reasonable prices, DJ around the pool every day, great drinks, shuttle continuously running to Duval until 10:30pm, etc. Perfect amount of party and chill. Nick around the pool is THE MAN and the Asian female bartender at the hotel bar in the evenings also deserves super kudos (sorry, I forget her name). Her wit and humor would be hard to match! We'll be back next year. Kudos!!

The hotel has amazing grounds with a very large tropical pool. Served great drinks! Rooms are immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.
They also provide complimentary transportation downtown. Most of the drivers were extra friendly and would drop you off wherever you wanted.
We loved the pool area and the access to food and drinks. The rooms were nice, but wish we had chosen a better view.
