Havana Cabana at Key West

The hotel is amazing. Great staff and the pool is a vibe.

We ended up at Havana cabana totally by accident since our other hotel over booked us. Ending up here was a blessing in disguise. We were greeted by Tasha and junior at the front desk that helped us snag the last room with ease.manager Chris over heard our story and accommodated us with early check-in and a complementary drink at the pool. Within minutes we were in our room with the help of Hayden and Nick. Super spacious and no complaints. The pool is a whole vibe with great music drinks, pool floats and complementary snacks. So glad we needed up here. We will be back !

We stay at the Havana Cabana every six months or so. It's always a great vacation! We enjoy the pool area and food trailer. But, what really keeps us coming back is the incredibly friendly staff to include Solange and Nick ! We appreciate their hospitality and kindness during our every stay.....

Rooms are clean and front desk staff are friendly. Convenient golf cart rental next door to hotel. The beer was cold but the frozen and mixed drinks were terrible

Everything was amazing!! This was my first stay and when I come back I will definitely stay here!!

I love the music while i walk to my room i feel like theres always a party outside waiting for you. Latin vibes from the moment you walk through the entrance, all the way to your room.

The atmosphere here is amazing! Came here for military work and the entire staff of the Havana Cabana has been nothing but welcoming and taking care of every need I had! 10/10 would recommend!

We have just stayed here for our trip to key west.

Parking was good and we parked out front to check in. Was a bit early so we parked our car and walked to have a look round. You have to drive to the downtown area but the hotel provide a shuttle service which we used. Driver was informative and gave us a tip where to get the best key lime pie and he was not wrong 😀

Room was clean and spacious. Pool area lively. The games area needed a bit of TLC but otherwise plenty to do.

We would stay again if we visited key west in the future.

Our family just completed our second stay at Havana Cabana Key West in the past two years, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Returning to the same resort says a lot, and Havana Cabana continues to deliver the perfect Key West experience.
The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained. The pool area is the heart of the resort and creates a fun, relaxing atmosphere for both adults and families. The pool staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Everywhere we went, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated.
A special thank you goes to Ruslan, the bartender, who truly elevated our stay. Ruslan is one of the best bartenders we've encountered anywhere. He was consistently friendly, professional, personable, and remembered guests from day to day. His drinks were outstanding, his service was exceptional, and he helped create the fun, laid-back island atmosphere that makes Havana Cabana so special. Ruslan is a tremendous asset to the resort and one of the reasons we'll keep coming back.
From the welcoming staff to the excellent pool experience and relaxing Key West vibe, Havana Cabana continues to be one of our family's favorite vacation destinations. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit.

The place has a great atmosphere

For the moment we stepped inside, the scented lobby provided such a pleasant, welcoming, tropical feel. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly!
Even though we had a car, having access to a shuttle to carry us to, and from old town was awesome! At least we did not have to worry about finding a parking place, which can be very hard to find. Our shuttle driver Jackie, was awesome! She provided us with some good eating options and was very personable and pleasant.
Our sleeping accommodations were impeccably, clean and neat, with a fun, Tropical vibe. The room was very well appointed and provided us with everything we needed to make our stay most comfortable.
Poolside was amazing! Very large pool, fun, summer colors, with lots of shade.
We enjoyed a breakfast and a dinner meal at the poolside bar, and both meals were fabulous!
This was our first visit to Key West and we weren’t sure about accommodations. We just took a chance and booked with Havana Cabana. It was the best choice we could have made, and we will definitely be staying here on any of our next visits in the future! We will be back!

The staff is great from the front desk, concierge (Olga 5+), house keeping, bartenders, and the bus drivers made this a stress free experience. Bus takes you to the business district of Key West , or you can kick back at the pool.

I found this hotel when looking for a famil my friendly hotel in Key West. It is a gem!! I would recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed in room 106, which we were told was not an updated room. Based on reviews I had read, I had requested an updated room at check in. However, they were fully booked and could not accommodate my request. Honestly the room was more than fine. It was clean. Close to the pool. Had a nice patio. I liked the location and found it quiet and great to be near the pool and on the first floor.

We stayed during the week and the pool had a lot of activity, which we liked. There were a good amount of people but we were still able to find chairs in the shade. They had smoothies, Jell-O shots, and churros for free at varying times throughout the day. The kids really enjoyed the pool and also the variety of games around the pool area (connect four, corn hole, axe throwing, ping pong and more).

The shuttle service was better than expected. The shuttle picked up from the airport at every 45 on the hour (more or less). It also left from the hotel every half hour, on the top and bottom of the hour to go downtown (and back to the hotel).
