The bedroom was very comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location

Family Trip
Pros:

Great Location nice comfortable rooms good value for money.
Frankie’s the restaurant next door is top draw great food and reasonably price.
Did not have a bad meal and ate several times there.
Great Location for BC stadium as well just across the road.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we arrived with 2 kids from a long flight nobody to help with the luggage other than a trolley.
We actually stayed here twice whilst we were travelling in Canada and only struggling twice with suitcases and getting them near the Taxi did someone want to help for a tip.
Also we requested a late checkout on our last day and hotel made such a big deal about it saying hotel was fully booked when loads of rooms available on booking.com.
We did eventually get a couple of hours but paid for it which we offered in the first place but it was trying to pull teeth.
Just soured the visit really as this could be a really
great hotel but first & last impressions last and if the front desk were a bit more helpful & accommodating the hotel would have got a 10 out of 10.

Location was ok, but doubt we'd stay at this hotel again with so many other options.
Pros:

Location was good but front desk staff was really not helpful in pointing out areas of interest and hot spots for tourists. He could have been way more helpful, instead sent us up a street that was not appealing at all for tourists trying to explore the city. We ended up figuring it out on our own. Restaurant was nice but service very slow even though they were not busy.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. There was NO soap (body wash) in the shower. There is no excuse for this considering the containers are full size. Housekeeping should be checking these frequently. Front desk was no help with that either.

Except for the reception staff the stay was nice
Pros:

The room was nice and clean, location especially for the World Cup is perfect. The restaurant was really nice

Cons:

The staff could be a bit more interested in people sitting in reception waiting for their room , instead of ignoring them as if they weren’t there and after waiting for 3hrs we had to go up to them and ask about our room. We could have been anybody sitting there, no one approached us to see if we needed anything.

Great location, fantastic staff
Pros:

Great location and little outside the main bustle. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The restaurant inside was fantastic.

Fitness centre was well equipped and coffee machine was a lovely touch.

Best value for money in Vancouver. Location cleanliness friendly a really nice hotel recommend staying here hands down and restaurant great too
