Einfach alles. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super…für alle was dabei. Und die Lage war sowieso unschlagbar.
Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with great storage and the most comfortable beds. We were able to store our luggage after checkout.
Location and friendly staff
Excellent location, very comfortable bed, great size room, brilliant shower, friendly staff, nothing was missing. A great 2 nights to end our month long trip. Highly recommend

This was our second stay at this hotel this summer. We chose this hotel due to its location which is near Vancouver General Hospital where I had surgery. The one bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Housekeeper on the 8th floor where we stayed was outstanding! Sharmla was very friendly and kind. She brought a kettle and extra towels to our room without our needing to ask for these things when she became aware that I was having surgery and would be spending one night post operatively at the hotel. All of the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The associated restaurant is excellent.
Location was close to many attractions.
Noise from external plant was a annoying at night.
Very well equipped and spacious rooms, with a great shower. The bed, pillows and linen were extremely comfortable.
There was a notice in the room stating that the bed linen would be changed every two days, however this didn’t happen. Whilst not an issue for us, it maybe worth rethinking this policy if it’s not going to happen.
Close to BC Place and downtown. Clean facilities and friendly staff.
Good, large, comfortable room with two queen beds. Windows were facing the street and the DC Place stadium, but the noise was noticeable only the second evening just before a game. Breakfast was not included but we found good breakfast options nearby. Private garage cost was reasonable.
No parking available for check-in, so we had to temporary stay on the garage ramp during check-in.
Pretty much everything, went above and beyond. Held our luggage while we explored waiting for check in, delivered our bags to our room after we did check in, and even had a ninja slushi with lemonade in the lobby to help us stay cool in the summer heat.
Not a thing we didn’t like.
