The hotel was EXCEPTIONAL, however, BOOKING has forever lost a customer!
Pros:

The decor was retro with a modern vibe. It was gorgeous. The rooms had a standard layout but somehow the details took away the “basic” hotel vibe without being fussy.

Cons:

Booking dot com’s “free” taxi offer. Our plane was late. The agent at Booking cancelled our reservation leaving me a disabled woman in Vancouver during FIFA without a ride at 10:30 pm. I spoke with a supervisor who I was told would not be reachable online however she read my request twice and never replied. As a result after my trip to Spain I will be deleting my Booking App.
