Because of Gen Z protests I did not leave the hotel, but rather stayed in restaurants and bar. They were very good, very comfortable, and the service was excelent. Also view was great on 15th floor. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel only provides two small bottle of waters which is quiet insufficient for a hot weather in Nairobi. When asked for more they refused to provide the water bottles. The room service doesn't provide any cutlery on request and are exorbitantly charged if you don't order food from the restaurant- which really wasn't an option for me as they don't have decent vegetarian food options. The AC in the room was also not working.

only the rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. elevators worked very well.
mosquitoes bit my son, too many carpets, sauna door with huge gap down, therefore not enough heat. steam on one occasion too hot. food too expensive. bloody raw chicken caused food poisoning to my wife. people on opposite buildings were watching us and filming.
