Staff is good. Lots of walking options for food and entertainment. Bed was comfortable. Free parking. Another hotel up the street charged me $15 for parking last year.

The Crowne plaza was absolutely beautiful, it had everything that you could possibly need. I had zero issues checking in, my room was ready even though I was there about 2 hours early, so they allowed me to check in. The staff was friendly and courteous. I absolutely love this place.
I stayed at this hotel from 7-27-2026 to 8-02-2026. Upon arrival I was told by a very stern, unpleasant female check-in agent that I could not pay half of my bill in cash and use my credit card for the remaining bill. I ate in the breakfast area twice and became ill twice during my stay after eating breakfast items. The service was substandard, I asked for green tea and was given black tea instead. I asked if oat or almond milk was availble because I have a lactose intolerance issue. I was told you only had bioenegineered creamers in tiny cups. Your bed left much to be desired. I developed back pain that was finally addressed when I visited to my acupunturist yesterday.
I contacted both your coooperate offices and your hotel directly to make sure that your whirlpool was working. I was assured that it was. That proved to be untrue. I called the day before and was assured. Upon arrival I was told that the whirlpool hadn't been in operation for quite some and they didn't know when it would be repaired! Other guests complained as well. I packed several bathing suits! As an older IHG member I have never had to lodge a complaint until my visit to this establishmnet on Jennifer Rd in Annapolis, Maryland! I looked at the pool area and could clearly see that the tarp had been placed over the whirlpool for quite some time!
The front desk was rarely availbale to answer any questions.
The food prepartaion was way below standards. Your chef in the bar was very professional and his chicken garlic wings were the best item I ate during my entire hotel stay. He was wonderful!!!
He receives five stars, the rest of your staff that had difficulty communicating do not.
Your coffee machine in the room did not work!
No where does your policy state that I can't pay in cash and use both my credit card. I checked your website! The woman at the front desk (she had on a grey jacket) short hair blondish conveyed the incorrect information!
The prank fire alarm incident was another issue. I asked a staff member how to exit the building she looked at me and ran down the stairs and disappeared without responding. I ended up outside behind the dumpsters!
My entire stay left much to be desired form a chain I have patronized for many years.
This the 2nd time I stayed here. The bed is VERY COMFORTABLE.

The bed was amazing. I felt asleep like a baby. Also, was so happy I saw a big air filter. The air in the room seemed so clean
Couldn’t stay longer
The room was clean and comfortable. The space was good.
There was a private party, which was fine. However, the kids were running around and knocking on doors early in the morning. The running around occurred throughout the late evening and night without any adult supervision. They left trash and food all over the floor in the main lobby and on the 4th floor in front of other guest rooms.
Notified the staff that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
