I was very comfortable there and I will be back

Hotel manager went out of his way to help

Cons:

Phone in my room not working. Could not dial down to front desk. Difficulty in establishing internet connection. Wished there was a better way to charge my phone.

Excellent overnight stopover place for travelers
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff, continental breakfast & all day along availability of free refreshment drinks such as tea coffee hot-chocolate and drinking water, room facilities such as microwave and fridge etc. This is our fourth visit to this hotel.

beds are comfortable but little too high

Nice location but needs a refresh.
Pros:

The location and the desk personnel were the highlights.

Cons:

The outside could have been cleaned up a bit. Weeds, bush clippings, etc. Mostly in the rear where we parked.
The room needs a refresh. Things just looked old and worn.

Pros:

Personnel sympathique, une chambre propre, un excellent déjeuner, un bon rapport qualité prix et une très grande piscine intérieure pour les enfants. Pour un arrêt sur la route, c'est difficile a battre. A chaque année, on y arrête et nous sommes tjrs satisfait. Plusieurs restos a proximité et une épicerie weis a 3-4 minutes de l'hôtel en voiture.

Not a terrible stay, however won’t be staying again
Pros:

Great bar downstairs so didn’t have to go anywhere for dinner. Breakfast has lots of options.

Cons:

The pool does lessons so was quite full when we went down. Check in was at 3 but our room wasn’t ready so had to sit in the lobby with 3 kids under 5 for about half hour maybe a little longer. The elevator takes a long time to shut the doors and makes awful creaking noise

Excellent for a night!
Pros:

Beautiful location. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Big comfy room. Comfy beds. All the expected amenities. Plenty of parking. Good choice at breakfast.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed and we had to drive to DQ across the street!

The place was dirty . Unprofessional staff and food was gross
Cons:

The property was dirty . When i checked in to my room there was hair on the shower wall . When i complained about it they said they were fully booked and would try and get us another room because there is no house keeping at night . Not once did anyone apologize for how dirty it was or anything . Our sheets were filthy it looks like someone was previously laying in them. We got our new room and the sheets were still dirty . I would never stay at a best western again. Staff were not nice and everything was just awful . I would take my money to the Hampton next time do not recommend

I liked everything about the property. It was clean, convenient, and the staff were nice. The receptionist Kimberly was the best receptionist Me and my finance ever had. She helped us when there was a problem with our reservation. I will definitely be back next month.

Pros:

Le déjeuner est excellent et varié tandis que la piscine est grande et chaufee. Parfait pour un arrêt avec des enfants.

Cons:

Bon rapport qualité prix, rien a dire. Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour a cet hôtel et ce ne sera pas le dernier.
