The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Once I arrived to check in my reservations weren’t found. That was very frustrating because I paid days ahead. Waited 45 minutes before they were able to check me in.

Pros:

Room was not serviced on Saturday. I asked if this was no longer provided at a courtyard. The answer was, "Did you request it?"

Great stay but questionable pricing.
Pros:

The staff are top notch and friendly

Cons:

The price. I also got charged 20 extra bucks a day later for something. I never got an invoice from booking or from the hotel its self. Im assuming it was for a breakfast after reading other reviews. I was never asked if I wanted it or not and if that is what the extra 20 was that I got charged for a day later than thats messed up. I'd advise getting a paper invoice when checking out
