Pros:

Ms Tammy. R ( Front desk associate) was extremely pleasant, very accommodating and always polite. Any concerns or questions me and my team had, she attended to it urgently and if needed to, will follow up. I've been to many hotels but she made this stay feel like home away from home. She deserves a raise because she’s the epitome of customer service!

Pros:

My week-long stay at the Sheraton O'Hare in July 2026 was excellent. I really enjoyed the in-house restaurant that offered excellent food, drinks, and service. The support offered by the front desk staff went above and beyond, especially that provided by Tammy. She was patient with all of my inquiries and helped in unexpected ways. The only drawback of my stay was that the entire facility was always very cold; bring a sweater. I would return when necessary without reservations 😉.
