Pros:

I liked the room and the breakfast. Breakfast was convenient and there are options if you don't want the buffet. The location is close to the airport and even closer to the rental car return.

Cons:

The rooms are in desperate need of updating and the hotel carpets could use some deep cleaning or replacing.

Not as good as it used to be
Pros:

The rooms are extra large and the sofa is nice. Bed was ok and the pillows were great.

Cons:

The phone in my room didn't work, and the website for room service didn't work. I had to take the elevator down to order room service, which kind of defeats the purpose. There were dirty plastic cups left in the room that smelled like beer.

Pros:

An exceptionally clean and modern environment. The rooms are incredibly quiet and well-insulated, despite being right next to the tarmac. Its prime location close to the airport allowed me to sleep peacefully and wake up just before my flight without any stress.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fine - 3 min walk from ORD rentals or every half an hour the hotel shuttle. If you have to go downtown it's a long uber/cta ride (~ 1h)) though. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

I didn't really like the food. Breakfast and dinner can only be compared to that of a 2-star hotel in the rest of the world - it is not worth to pay for it.
Free Wifi (which requires to register to Marriot) is not very fast, you need to pay extra for fast speed wifi - should be complimentary in a 4-star hotel.

Excellent place nice stay
Pros:

Reception is very good. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Food is also good. Many restaurants nearby and shopping too.

Excellent with the two above complications (TV and iron)
Pros:

comfort of the bed

Cons:

Couldn't get one of the TV to work. The room configuration impaired my ability to use the very light ironing board and the iron with an impossibly short cord. Not the best in the room
