Awful
Pros:

The room was pretty clean the breakfast was decent

Cons:

The beds were awful
Rooms were loud
Patio door did not even shut tight so the train and plane noise was AWFUL!!
My sister was given gluten in the restraunt when we said clearly 3-4 times that she is severe celiac! The waitress never came back to apologize. The manager was out for the night and the cook was “gone” so they could not verify it was gluten free. They were just going to relive the pizza from the hill… finally after waiting 30 minutes they comped her kids meal. The manager was going to get back to us we responded the next morning and have gotten zero resolution. Our weekend was ruined with needing to get her meds and taking her to an infusion center as she was so sick all night and all weekend. The rooms should have been taken care of and we are not hearing anything. I would never stay here again and will never return to this restaurant. The waitress should have owned it and apologized. That would have been much better accepted. She just ignored us and walked around to all other tables.

My welcoming in the hotel was like ice. In addition, I got sent to my room 904 although receptionist knew that the room was not ready to be used due to a water problem. So I had to go down again to the reception and kindly asked a room. This after a 15 hour flight time.

Staff could have done better to keep guests informed. But rooms were clean and comfortable

Cons:

The whole hotel loss electricity for over 12 hours so no hot water, breakfast, elevator, can’t charge phones use c-pap machines ect. No text or information stating that this has happened. They did give some discount but you needed to ask for it .

Was good for one of the 2 nights we stayed. Wished the staff was better at communicating problems.

Cons:

Hotel loss electricity for over 12 hours and zero information to keep guests informed on what has happened or when things are going to be resolved. No elevator, hot water , breakfast place to charge phones or use c-pap machines.
