Pros:

The staffs were nice and it was good location.

Cons:

It was not very clean. Pool was not as expected . It was dirty when we went . Booked it especially for kids to enjoy but couldnot use it : not as shown in picture. But the staffs are friendly, breakfast was good and it was at convenient location.

Water pressure. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Pool dirty , need net on fence to avoid leaves in pool.
Hallway had no AC. Musty smell in hotel. Bathrooms in both rooms needed paint fixing no vent in bathrooms. Elevator no AC needs paint fixing. Outdoor not as pictured. Breakfast was incomplete no milk but had cereal . Quality not good.

great for a quick stop on a cross-country trip
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located off the I-40 with easy access to the JFK and some great food up in North Little Rock. The room is well sized and comfortable and it was a sound night's sleep. The break was functional, but tasty and really the kind of thing you need to get going on another day of driving.

Cons:

The bathroom could be a little better stocked in terms of toiletries and towels.

I didn't like anything I booked walked into the room found a stain on a chair in the bed sheets there was crumbs and the bathroom sink and tub were dirty. I work in hospitality and I would not have approved this room or the second room as I booked two rooms as guest ready. once clean this should have been inspected and the housekeeper should have been called back to fix the issues it should have never made it to guest ready status

Cons:

Desk clerk put us in a normal room and when he found out we had a SERVICE ANIMAL he put us in a PET friendly room. Service animals are not pets they are medical equipment (ADA law), front accordian doors closed on me while walking through them and there was ice from the ice machine all over the floor and hallway/doorway which was a hazard. Front desk personnel didnt care said his mgr would contact me....they haven't.
