Good hotel but very busy.
Pros:

Lovely double room with stylish decor, a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. Great shower and nice big towels. The room was very quiet and the long thick curtains kept the room dark during the lighter nights and aircon kept the room at a good temperature. The sauna and pool were a bonus as was the iron and ironing board. Appreciated access to Netflix, too.
The hotel location was great - easy access to local transport, a short walk to the station and lots of nearby bars and restaurants.

Cons:

This is a massive hotel so, although the breakfast selection was good and varied, it was absolutely packed every morning didn't seem to matter what time I went.
I was asked if I wanted room cleaning every day which I said no to however, I did expect basic checks. These didn't happen, so used cups were not replaced nor was the coffee, tea etc re-stocked. This wasn't made clear at check-in.
Also, there was a lounge bar which was never open and a restaurant bar which closed at 9:30 which seemed very early.

Pros:

Kiva kerroksen juhannusteema, hyvä aamiainen, rauhallista. Toive huoneen suhteen huomioitiin (amme, näkymä ikkunasta)

Cons:

Yöllä kovaäänistä tietyötä tms remonttihommaa, terveisiä vaan urakoitsijalle.

カンピセンターのすぐ近く
Pros:

カンピセンターのすぐ近くでロケーションが便利でした。部屋にバスタブや電気ポットがあったのが良かったです。

Cons:

部屋全体は掃除されていて清潔でしたが、椅子のしたにお菓子の食べカスが落ちていたのが残念でした。
大きなホテルなので、時間帯によってはチェックインカウンターや朝食会場が混み合っていました。
スタッフの人たちは、他のホテルに比べると少しクールな印象でした。

Pros:

The only thing liked about the property was when I got to check out and never looked back!

Cons:

Rooms were not ready for checking in until 1900 in the evening!!! Rooms were advised for checking in at 1500.
No food in the hotel as the restaurant was closed.

Great location, clean hotel for a city break in Helsinki

The location was excellent, wishing walking distance from all places in centre of Helsinki.

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel permette di raggiungere a piedi gran parte del centro di Helskinki ed è comunque vicinissima alla stazione metro/autobus di Kamppi. Le camere sono molto ben insonorizzate e confortevoli, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Personale molto gentile. Colazione ottima.
