Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Really dated. My room smelled musty and mildew-y and I realized later my carpet was wet when I stepped on it without shoes on. I don’t usually notice walls, but these were yellowed and dirty. Lights, phone and thermostat were very dated and yellowed.

Very nice facility except for the bathroom.
Pros:

The location to the airport. The facility staff were friendly and efficient. Loved the breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and the tub has a big brown stain on it.

One stop shop for all my travel needs
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast and the complimentary happy hour the omelettes were amazing

Cons:

I wish their was a hot tub to go with the pool area because the pool was really cold but no real complaint other than that

Great Place to Stay!

I had a wonderful stay! Great service, rooms, and atmosphere. The hotel is also in a very nice and convenient location. I will be back!

People and good was good but I never slept!
Pros:

The food was really good!

Cons:

I did not feel safe. The phone didn’t wk. there were maintenance supplies left in the room, the nightstand fell off the wall. The headboard was all torn up. For this kind of money I expected a lot more. They said there was nothing they could do because they were sold out.

Extremely disappointed in reservation made on a wedding night.
Pros:

0 stars. Extremely disappointed. Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room. This was my daughter’s wedding night and I booked well in advance for a non smoking room for the couple before catching a flight at Love Field. The customer service was horrible in addressing the issue. Apparently to them it isn’t a big deal and there is nothing to be done since they didn’t have the room type I reserved and paid for in advance. Completely disappointing on a special day.

Cons:

The front desk customer service wasn't good. In particular one female had a terrible attitude. Ruined my experience! Would I stay there again?...nah, I can stay elsewhere in the area.
