The breakfast and dinner were unexpectedly good. Then the food was hot, an extra plus. The location was great. Tangler Outlet is only minutes away. Close to a variety of food options/ restaurants. Convenient stores in walking distance.

Exceeded my expectations, we will stay again soon
Pros:

We engaged at least six staff members, all were absolutely delightful.
Also, John the GM, stopped by our dining table and welcomed to us and made us feel as if we were VIP. We will definitely stay at Drury anytime we go out of town now.

Perfect Stay!
Pros:

The hotel is newly constructed and conveniently situated approximately fifteen minutes from downtown Charleston and five minutes from the outlet mall. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, the rooms are cleaned regularly, and the customer service was excellent. The complimentary evening drinks and food options are a wonderful addition. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Pros:

The staff were helpful, courteous, and cheerful. My room was clean. The hotel is also clean and well taken care of. They have available in the late afternoon and a wonderful kickback time. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. There was plenty of food for the guests. The kickback buffet was likewise fresh and delicious. The manager came around at breakfast and kickback time to check in the guests experiences. I even saw him helping the staff by wiping down tables for other guests to sit down and enjoy a meal. The food was delicious.

Geweldig maar ook met een heel vervelende nasmaak.
Pros:

Ontvangst bij de receptie bij inchecken, moderne inrichting hotel kamer, schoonheid.
Tussen 17.30 - 19.00 gratis eten en drinken maar vooral ook heel lekker.

Cons:

Tijdens het ontbijt of s'avonds zat het vol met werklui die smerige kleding aan hadden. Ook het idee dat iedereen maar zo binnen loopt geen controle.

Na het ontbijt op de dag dat we moesten uitchecken eerst ontbijt gehad en toen we terug gingen naar de kamer konden we niet naar binnen.
Naar beneden was zo opgelost....dacht ik maar helaas weer naar beneden.
Hadden een generale toegangskaart maar die lag niet waar hij moest liggen.
Werd onrustig auto moest terug en op tijd aanwezig zijn voor de vlucht.
Dames beide werden heel vervelend, moest hun de tijd geven etc etc.
Minuten gingen voorbij en ik werd heel onrustig.
Uiteindelijk is er iemand naar boven gegaan en de deur geopend.
Deur viel direct weer in het slot.

Geen empathie voor mijn ongerustheid. Wat zouden de gevlogen zijn geweest als iemand niet goed zou zijn geworden en elke minuut telt.
Zo'n toegangskaart moet op een vaste plek liggen.

Ons prettig verblijf werd heel vervelend afgesloten.
