Minimally sufficient
Pros:

The mattresses and bedding were newish....
The bath tub functioned well, water quality poor
Room had a working microwave and fridge
The people working there were trying their best

Cons:

The carpet smelled of pet
There were bugs when the light went on at night
The water smelled of chlorine or chemicals
Car alarms went off in the parking lot at night
Breakfast was minimal and blah!,
Nothing remarkable what so ever about this place
The price reflected the quality...

Stay Somewhere Else!
Pros:

There was nothing I liked enough to make me want to stay there.

Cons:

I walked in the lobby, turned around and walked out. The hotel is in disrepair and needs updating badly. The nearby homeless encampment makes it too dangerous to walk anywhere from the hotel. Hard pass.

A nice and quaint little area a quick drive from downtown
Pros:

It was clean, the room was big and breakfast was great. It really had everything I could ever use.

Dog and People Friendly
Pros:

Loved this little motel. Stopped by super late with my dog and the front desk woman, Ashley was very kind and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and I loved the breakfast provided for guests. Would love to stop by again in the future!

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was just a few minutes drive from downtown and blueridge. The room was quite spacious. We had parking next to our room which was convenient. Overall had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for budget travelers

Cons:

The bathroom door was difficult to close but the manager said he was going to fix it. It didn't bother us. The room was clean but did have a strange odor. I had perfume to spray it with so it was OK. Overall the issues were minor

I enjoy every minute of staying at the quality inn that I tell everyone to give you try than others
Pros:

The location of coming home to Asheville and prices that don't break my wallet.

Cons:

Checking out early but that's part of rules so I can't say what really don't like.
