Good service at this Hampton Inn location
Pros:

In town for a workshop, I booked this Hampton location. It took some navigating getting there but I finally made it. The lobby was clean and inviting. The desk clerk was polite and very helpful. I was worn out from a 5 hour drive in the traffic and heat. The coffee in the lobby was old and cold so the staff made fresh coffee. Thank you! My room was clean and comfortable. Amazing hot water with good pressure allowed me to wash all may cares away in the shower. The breakfast area offered a variety of hot and cold items including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, and fruit. If I am being truthful, the hotel is near the interstate and a busy highway, so expect road noise. Plus, it is in a very odd location off the street. The new interchange getting to the hotel caused my GPS to discombobulate. When I reported an issue with the bathroom, the desk clerk apologized (although they didn't need to) and took immediate action. Good example of customer service. Kudos!

Pros:

It is close to the mall and easy to get to Lenovo Center.

Cons:

We were on the 5th floor. I didnt like that the main curtain didnt close. This allowed to much light to come in at night and early morning. We had a hard time sleep. I have never stayed somewhere the main curtain didnt close.

For the money, not a good value. I expected better.
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was nice

Cons:

Room was small, stains on the wall and carpet. Paper thin walls where we could hear our neighbors. Outdoor seating area was dirty and not inviting. Room view was of the dumpster.
