I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
Everything was excellent

It was my third time traveling and staying at this hotel; everything is very clean and accessible.
Breakfast really needs improvement; they need more variety and fresh fruit—you won't find any of that at this hotel. It’s almost the same thing every day; the oatmeal was terrible, and they should switch to a different quality of coffee instead of the Arabic style.

Had to change rooms because of power issue in bathroom.

Very nice grounds and facilities! Super clean and our room was very well stocked and spacious!
Continental breakfast was good.
My room was hot. Even with the AC set on 66°F. Hot throughout the halls as well. Stepped out on the patio outside the pool area and couches were dirty and a guest was asleep on one of the couches.

The whole system was down when I got there at 330. I couldn’t get my room to almost 11 at night when the system came up and the room was already paid for. When I looked online they did not follow protocol!!!! Other Hampton hotels where doing checking by hand til the system came back up. They would not do nothing til the system came back up at almost 11 that night.
Breakfast was good, maybe more gluten free options
