Todo estuvo muy lindo y el personal muy amable

No me gustó ni me gusta que me cobraron un extra por una mascota que no tengo y peor no lleve. He tratado de comunicarme mil veces y me dicen q la culpa fue d booking la cual los llame y me dicen el hotel fue quien me descontó hasta la fecha ya va ser un mes y no me dan solución necesito ayuda y que solucionen yaaaaaa mi problema

REALLY disappointed!
Pros:

Breakfast food was good. Room was a great size. AM front desk staff was wonderful!

Cons:

Afternoon and PM front desk staff just didn't seem to care. I could hear the videos they were watching on their phones as I passed the desk. Hallway was always wet from people coming to and from the pool. No yellow "Wet Floor" sign visible. Trash on hallway floor for hours. Wet clothes on hallway floor too. Brought to staff attention and they simply responded "we know." The room smelled. Had to go buy Febreeze within minutes of entering. Submitted all of these concerns and got an email from the GM effectively saying "My apologies. I'll talk to the staff." No attempt to make it right or follow up further in any way.

Funcionarios educados e o servico de quarto foi otimo. Poder estacionar de graca no hotel tambem foi um ponto bem importante. Tinham muitas vagas entao nao ficamos preocupados. Fica perto de varios centros comerciais com boas lojas e restaurantes.

Cons:

O cafe da manha deixou a desejar, faltou algumas opcoes bem basicas, como por exemplo leite quente, bolo entre outras coisas baratas que agregariam bastante na refeicao. o horario de encerramento do cafe da manha tambem achei muito cedo, as 9:30am. Somo forcados a acordar cedo se quiser aproveitar o cafe no hotel.

Pros:

Hotel is located off a major highway the overall service was poor. First room had a very bad smell this i had to request a different room. As I entered the hotel there was gentleman standing near the front door smoking marijuana.

Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s location. It is conveniently located near the highway and close to a bus stop with easy access to New York City. The hotel itself was good, and I was happy with the services provided.

Cons:

The only thing I was not happy with was the check-out experience. The staff member was not very helpful and simply took my room key without asking if I needed anything or providing me with a receipt. I had to ask another staff member for my receipt afterward.
