My room, bed was really comfortable.
Tv really good.

Cons:

Washing clothes facilities. Only one washing machine worked. Had to download some app..cldnt get it to work! Was a pain in the ass to find the washing facilities and the app was rubbish.

Su cama es comoda y habitación Amplia.

No me gusta la atención del personal Moreno fue un poco racista ya que fuimos visitantes en su pais y no tenemos su idioma, sus instalaciones Huelen mucho a marihuana, y mi habitacion no estaba bien limpia. Creo qué la Amabilidad es algo muy importante en la atención al cliente.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a nice shower.

Cons:

Our first room smelled like cat pee when we opened the door, so I kindly asked the front desk to swap to another room.
The second room also smelled, like people had been drinking alcohol and spilled beer. Also the AC unit wasn't working well.

Pros:

Location and attentive staff during breakfast. Hotel changed towels daily.

Cons:

Terrible breakfast, no organization- felt like a chaos, like black Friday. Dirty rooms, clogged sink, noise room right next to the elevator and back door of the hotel, so you're listening to all people who come and go, door is being shut, and all this until around 2am. Not the family experience you're looking for.
