Our shampoo and conditioner were not filled in the shower. Our 1st weekend we had no conditioner and our 2nd weekend we had no shampoo

Continental breakfast
The hotel was nicely redone. Parking was outside our room. The bed was comfortable, and there was a loveseat and chair. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and the area was clean, but needs more seating.
The walls are thin, especially between our room and the adjoining room. We heard people in the hall at night, and a long screaming match between the neighbors next door that started around 5:30 a.m.
Comfortable, spacious. Parking convenience, clean.
Room wasn't ready and they provided me with a 2 bed instead of 1 king bed as per my booking request.
Very close to the hospital.
A bit noisy, but that depends on other guests.
The room was nice, clean, the bed was comfortable
When I checked in, the woman at the desk was terrible. She showed me a very long way to get to my room — and I couldn’t find my way because it was so complicated. Finally I figured it out myself—she could have done that from the beginning. She could have told me where I should park to have easy access to my room. She told me the only way I could get dinner was to order it from a pizza restaurant brochure that she gave me. Another guest told me that there were restaurants nearby and explained the best way to drive. The staff (at least her) were not helpful. And then —-breakfast—I had to walk a long way —was terrible—the coffee was like dishwater—all the food was terrible. When I left I had to stop at a Macdonald’s to get a half decent cup of coffee. And I had to pay over $200 for this service. I will never stay there again!
The property is dirty and stinks
Nothing
Only thing I liked was this one staff that was very nice and the bed
The hotel is very ghetto. There’s no clean towels and You have to wait three days for more towels. The door barely opens and shuts. The light in the bathroom doesn’t work and there’s ants. There’s stains on the wall. It’s a thing in the mirror that says after three days they come and clean. We called five times for room service and no one came, one of the housekeeping said maybe that they’re gonna clean our room but did not and we went downstairs to the customer service and they said they’ll do it and guess what we came back and it’s still not clean. They are so unprofessional. Ain’t no way I have to come downstairs just to get some towels when I called 5 times and when a different staff was on duty, she told us to come downstairs and get the towels but the other staff told us the towels wasn’t clean and we have to wait til we leave so they can clean and put new towels.
Hotel limpo e arrumado
Second time staying - good times. We went for a convention in NYC and this is a good spot away from the traffic- yet close enough that we can grab the MTA at Valhalla to get into the city while visiting my old hometown Ossining and westchester
You didnt have the big body wash containers - only the little containers which is equiv to 2 -3 pumps of body wash - but there were 2 of us lol. Maybe bring the body wash containers back or leave 4 of the small bottles of body wash for us. Also. A wash cloth must have been replaced accidentally with a cleaning rag. This had holes in it and would rip constantly
Good location, close to Westchester Medical Center
Breakfast nothing special - glad I brought my own.
Location, clean rooms, breakfast. Affordability
Our toilet got clogged. We notified front desk at 8pm. By 9pm nobody came yet. The other person in the room needed to use the bathroom. I called the desk and was told that the maintenance worker already left and he did not know where to get a plunger. I asked how is that possible? He said he would make a few phone calls and would call me back. He called back within 15 minutes. I was told that he had no success but the person coming in at 11pm knew how to get into the supply closet. I said so you are telling me I can’t relieve myself u til 11pm? I told him that is ridiculous and how is there not a plunger available at all times. How will I be able to use the bathroom? He said I can’t relieve use another bathroom in the hotel. I asked him and where would that be? He told me I had to take the elevator one floor down and use the bathroom by the pool. I explained that I was in a handicapped accessible room because I don’t walk well and I was in pain and wouldn’t be able to go down to use it. Again I expressed how ridiculous it was that he had no access to a plunger and hung up. Within 10 minutes there was a knock on our door. I was lying on the bed with my legs up because the hurt so bad and my brother who has an intellectual disability answered the door. I did not have line of sight to the door. When my brother came back over he had a plastic bag in his hand. I asked what that was he said it wass a plunger and the person who brought handed it to him and said when we were finished to put it in the hall way. Needless to say I got furious. Since when is a guest suppose to plunge their own toilet? I was dumbfounded over this. My brother knowing how badly I needed to use the bathroom did plunge the toilet and then put it back in the bag and in the hallway which by the way is so unsanitary. I have stayed at the Baymont several times before and have always been satisfied. After this experience I doubt I will return and will be telling my friends not to stay there.
