Over Priced
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Clean room.

Cons:

They didn't have my booking.com reservation on their computer. We Have stayed their many times over the years. The room cost for this place is over priced now. Nothing around this hotel, but trailer trucks.

Nice comfortable hotel
Pros:

Hotel has been upgraded since I last stayed there. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Bed comfortable. Nice enough breakfast. Nice pool, although I didn't use it.

Pros:

Always stay here when visiting sleepy hollow/tarry town. it is super easy to drive too. has a gas station with dunkin' right out side. rooms are spacious and comfy.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit bland but nothing bad.

Hit or miss with the staff and friendliness. Didn’t even get a thank you when checking out. Elevator call button on the first floor was broken I had to carry all of my belongings up two flights of steps. The hallway and outside were completely polluted with the smell of marijuana. I had to use a towel to block the smell from the inside of my room under the door. Couldn’t get towels when I requested them both from housekeeping and the front desk. I understand the three day rule but when I request new towels I should get them. When I advised the front desk of the broken elevator buttons, the weed smell and the towels I was ignored. Supposedly 100 percent smoke free hotel. I didn’t get to eat breakfast because they cleaned up early on Tuesday am as well.

Clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

The two lady’s at check in were so friendly and welcoming. They even called us shortly after checking in to make sure the room was okay. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was decent. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

Pillows were very small and not very comfortable. Water pressure was a little low in the shower.

It was already a stressful situation, the accommodations did not provide a restful environment.
Pros:

The staff were great. I had a bad experience with people in an adjoining room on my second night. They carried on from their check-in around 8PM until 3:30AM with loud foul-mouthed conversation and slamming doors. The staff at the front desk (specifically Asja and Jennifer) were kind enough to assign me a different room for my 3rd night. I was in the area to assist with a family member who was a patient at WMC. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of the reduced room rate available associated with WMC

Cons:

The price was outrageous!!!
