Worth every penny, great location, great staff.
Pros:

The staff are super helpful, nothing is a problem for them. I had lost my apple charger, they lent me one for my entire stay. Room serviced daily, complimentary wine served 5pm-6pm in the lobby area.

However, the overall experience did not fully match the price. The service during arrival felt a bit cold, and a situation with the luggage cart could have been handled in a more helpful way. Instead of being offered assistance, the interaction felt more confrontational than welcoming.

The room also had some comfort and maintenance issues. The air conditioning was noticeably noisy, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, and at one point the door was not closing properly. The issue was eventually fixed, but it was inconvenient and concerning.

Overall, the hotel has potential and looks nice, but the service, comfort, and maintenance details did not reflect the level expected for this price range.

Pros:

Location is everything. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is very modern, finishes are fantastic.

Cons:

The fire station close by can be a lot. The noise at all hours can be pure madness.

Great location. Perfect for short stay!
Pros:

Best location!! Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Midtown port, etc.
Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Some staff were good. Others not so kind. My friend who came later to trying locating me was told my res was cancelled. I cancelled first res but rebooked one with breakfast included. He had to call me to my room.

Great hotel, highly recommend!
Pros:

High quality hotel right in Times Square location. Modern, clean and well appointed. Short walking distance to theatres, shopping, supermarkets and subway. Social/wine hour was a lovely treat!
