La ubicación fue realmente iduEl para lo que queriamos conocer, un buen desayuno incluido y las habitaciones estuvieron comodas.

Cons:

Hicimos el check-out en la madrugada puesto que nuestro vuelo salia temprano, en la tarde al llegar a nuestra residencia recibimos un cobro adicional al aprobado por 573 dolares adicionales, que despues de hablar con el hotel justifican como un smoking fee; debo aclarar que ninguno de los hospedados en mi habitacion fuma y que el cargo fue hecho sin nuestro concentimiento despues de no avisarlo en el momento del checkout. Hasta el momento el hotel no da mas respuesta ni devolución del dinero cobrado.

Why all the staffs are so rude?

The location of the hotel is fabulous!

Cons:

All the staff were so rude. I was on my honeymoon with my husband and English is not our first language. I asked the staff at the front desk to speak slowly but she/he did not care at all. Whenever I tried to ask sth, all the staff were like they don’t even want to listen to it and try to help. It was such a bad experience.

Great location, excellent breakfast, terrible noise
Pros:

Convenient location, close to MoMA and Central Park. Excellent breakfast for American standards. The breakfast room on the 16th floor has a nice view. The room was very comfortable and modern, with all the possible amenities and a nice view towards Hudson river in the distance. It was very clean.

Cons:

There was a terrible noise in the room for more than 24h, like in a big factory and I have switched off the air-conditioning, but the terrible noise remained day and night, very hard to fall asleep or stay longer in the room. The next day luckily it stopped. The carpets in the corridors could be replaced. The staff could be more hospitable and less artificial.

Bello, comodo, personale gentilissimo soprattutto quello dedicato alla colazione. Stanza spaziosa. Colazione varia, dal dolce al salato. Bellissima terrazza all'ultimo piano! Simpatico anche l'aperitivo a metà pomeriggio nella hall dell'albergo. Poi, se si vuole cenare, il ristorante all'ultimo piano è ottimo e comodo.

Il bagno con la vasca è un po' datato, ma va bene lo stesso.
