Great staff, great location
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was big by NY standards.
The location is perfect for the theater district, Hell’s Kitchen, or Central Park

Cons:

The breakfast was too full on the day we arrived and we had to wait. Because of the large number of guests, there were lines everywhere and we couldn’t find the essentials like coffee or juice. On the second day, it was much better organized.

The noise was also an issue, with a fire station just around the corner.

Definitely where we will stay our next visit to town.
Pros:

The size of the rooms is unmatched in NYC. The staff was very attentive and helpful with every interaction that we had with them.

Cons:

The ice machines weren't working on several floors but it was quickly addressed and remedied.

Wonderful Memorial Day birthday weekend.
Pros:

We came for a birthday weekend in NYC and everyone here was so welcoming and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable and on the larger side for New York. All the staff were very hospitable and accommodating for my special requests!! They even found me a vase for the flowers that I brought. Nouea at the front desk made us feel special and the housekeepers on 10th floor were wonderful, especially Evette. There is a small, but lovely terrace restaurant and bar on the top floor. Great food, great cocktails, and a nice view.. Thanks to Madison and Brooklyn for being so nice.

Cons:

They lied in the property details. There is no parking on site. THEY DONT HAVE PARKING! When you call to check in about to reservation and online it says parking is a daily rate. Which is not true you have to pay 65 dollars anytime you touch your vehicle once it’s parked. So if you use your car 3x in a day that’s 195 dollars.

A lovely, quiet and smallish hotel. Excellent location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel within walking distance of many of New York City's attractions. Just across the road from subway stations. 5 minutes from Broadway and Times Square. We had a great time there.

Cons:

Nothing really.
