Trevligt hotell med utomhuspool nära centrum
Pros:

Hotellet låg fint, det var nära till centrum, det fanns en utomhuspool och en stor trädgård (som dock behöver fräschas upp lite), det fanns kylskåp på rummet, de bjöd på croissanter i foajén, runt hotellet fanns en skulpturpark - ett trevligt hotell

Cons:

Att frukosten inte ingick, det fanns ingen vattenkokare på rummet

Streik, treg oppdatering av gjesteliste, sjabby ledlikholdte rom. Ikke en frokost Scandic verdig

Frokosten virket som den var oppgjenvarmet minst 1 gang, men den var ikke stygg og ble ikke dårlig, men tidligere erfaringer fra andre Scandic hotell, gjorde denne undervelmende. Kanskje det hadde noe med streiken å gjøre- har ikke vært der før

Cons:

Vinduene var vanskelige. Det var varmt på rommet når vi skulle legge oss, og et av vinduene var ikke mulig å åpne. Det ble en svett natt. Ikke lås til toalett på rom. Riktignok reiste jeg med dattera mi, så det ble ikke komplikasjoner, men lås til en toalettdør er et must. Det virket som det er lenge siden rommet vi hadde har vært vedlikeholdt, og generell visuell opplevelse av et Scandic hotell, viser at det er lenge siden det har vært oppdatert- kanskje til OL 94? Det var også en creepy kanin som pisset ut av øynene i hoved inngangspartiet. Sånt har i beste fall vært GØY for et kvart århundre siden. Ikke smakfullt. Bakgården virket interessant, vi hadde ikke tid til å sjekke den ut, desverre.

Nice stay, but almost something that should be in a Kubrick film (The Shining).
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Bed was great. Sofa was good. Fridge was a nice touch. Front desk staff and others were pleasant.

Cons:

Walking for a long time, through restaurants, lounges and other facilities to get just to the elevator to get to the room, is awkward, when you are tired and not dressed to the occasion of the diners that are watching you. The bathroom shower is not logistically possible to close the doors. The doors hit either the toilet, or the sink. So your option is to either leave both doors closed and enjoy a wet room, or keep one door open and one closed. It is bizarre. The main thing, is there is no organization after you check in - you walk through a busy restaurant, exhausted after travel, through a group of well dressed people enjoying their meals, to get to an elevator that should be in the lobby. Weird. Very weird.
