Clean, easy location
Motel Lodge style isnt my favorite, yet the property felt secure and safe.
Great location
Rooms were super fresh and clean, hallways and balconies were pretty ragged
Hermosa vista a la montaña
No ofrece desayuno.
Super location, great for dogs, family-run business are very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable, truly great Indian buffet at their restaurant. We’ll stay there again
All good
There was a layer of dust in the room that I have never seen in a hotel. The bed was not really comfortable, but I was there for one night only. Sure you get what you pay for, but this is quite bad. Plus, there was a bad smell that I could not pinpoint. Bad value, don't waste your money here, like I did.
This place USED TO BE GREAT. With the new owners, everything is down the hill. Room cleanliness is definitely not good, my room was a dump - and there was such a bad smell I had to sleep with the window opened. They replaced the nice cafe that used to be there with an indian restaurant - come on. Horrible place, will not be back.
Was a Great Stay with Friendly Staff.
Apparently this motel has invested all its upgrades in the lobby and fromt landscaping because the rooms are hideous. I was embarrassed to stay there one night out of the three we had originally booked. Poorly patched walls and doors with lock plates that desperately need repair, chipped, dirty bathtub, bed coverlets I didn't want to touch, paper thin scratchy sheets and crunchy pilled blankets. I have no idea who finds this sort of place acceptable, especially for the insane rates they charge, but I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here.
just stayed for a night and the room and bed very comfortable!
The original room had unbelievable stink and no lights in the bathroom. Next room had a bad oder and NO hair dryer. NO coffee maker. NO working TV They told me they couldn’t charge me again because booked a budget room?! Other guest were having the same issues!!!! Very unacceptable!!!!!
Updated room and comfortable beds. Easy access to all the activities we wanted to do. Very close to downtown Taos.
The walls are a bit thin and because it is a motel you are exposed to more traffic noise and people talking outside your room
Bathroom tiny, barely able to get in and close the door.
We arrived a tad early , waited for the room . The check in there were no mention of anything about the room . No mini fridge , no coffee maker and no microwave. No housekeeping either unless you put your sign on door , which is opposite from everywhere else we have stayed! I think 200$ firm or the room is overpriced. The website showed rooms with beautiful artwork yet there was none in our room . Couldn’t use the kiva in the room either and this is a bummer !
