Great stay, very nice hotel and clean, even with all the pets staying there. Will be coming back.
Pros:

Very pleasantly surprised with the size of room & bathroom. Location was great and staff was super friendly and very acomodating.

Cons:

Garage or parking for car was very pricey but other garages were close by.

Pros:

The location was excellent. We've been coming to the Viceroy for 4 years never a disappointment. Price comparable to area. We had minor hiccup that was rectified. So all was good. Will probably continue to make reservations at Viceroy.

Cons:

Rotate out artwork. Maybe have local artist display there. Especially lobby and lounge.

Very disappointing, would never go there again.
Cons:

They advertise the rooftop while it is is closed till Memorial day; that was my main reason to book the hotel; the reception siad it is on their website but not true. On booking is it is a 5-star, well, I would rate it as a 3/4 star.
