Comfortabel hotel op toplocatie
Pros:

Top locatie aan het Macroplein, vlakbij winkels, restaurants en aan de overkant van het bruisende uitgaansleven Barrio Antiguo. Bij het hotel is een hele leuke pub, Sierre Madre, op de begane grond.

Matig hotel op een perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Location. Close to shops, metro and bars/restaurants.

Cons:

Staff in general can not provide information about their city or for example about the public transport. AC has not enough power therefore pretty warm in the room. Poor breakfast, looks like a poor dinner. Water in the shower did not go away quickly.

El alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que hay en booking olor a humedad colchón muy Anteguo los muelles se tocan te levantas muy cansado el desayuno muy mal casi no tienen nada la ducha sin champú el agua caliente se termina rápido la ducha no sale agua roto las ventanas muy sucias nunca se limpian mucho polvo en las ventanas y la paredes piscina con agua muy sucia y muy pequeña nada que ver con las imágenes del booking es como un hotel abandonado no le doy ni una estrella

De locatie en het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ik stoorde mij aan behoorlijk wat zaken: ik ben een hard bed gewend en vind ik fijn, maar dit leek een plank. De pasjes voor de kamer en lift werkten continu niet, dus terug naar de receptie. Veel geluidsoverlast van buiten, maar dat is gezien de locatie oké. Erger is het geluid van de gangen én van andere kamers, zeker als je zoals ik een kamer hebt die geschakeld kan worden. Al met al teleurstellend voor de prijs-locatie-kwaliteit.

Boa localização, mas atendimento ruim
Pros:

A localização do hotel é boa, em frente à Macroplaza e ao transporte público. A cama é confortável. O café da manhã é bom, mas é pago a parte.

Cons:

Os funcionários da recepção não são simpáticos nem os da entrada do café da manhã. Havia vazamentos de água no banheiro e no quarto e o carpete sempre ficava molhado. Quando cheguei no primeiro dia, não havia sabonete no banheiro. Na minha opinião, o hotel entrega menos do que promete.
