Nice hospitality, with great location they have nice view of the hills
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is great, our room view is pool, city, golf garden and mountain. Which is great. The variety of breakfast food is awesome.
They open swimming pool for public as well as the guests. Here when my daughter wants to go to toilet and we went to the restroom/locker. Which is its for staff locker. Only one toilet and two showers and it was full. So I dont think its good idea to put toilet for public or guest in swimming pool area same as staff locker. So we have to go around to the restaurant toilet. And the staff stop us that we can not go there cause we are wet. But I said where can my daughter go, the other one is full. And they let us go cause no solutions.
This hotel must be prime and popular spot.
Weekend is busy.
We went for breakfast and we did not find any seat, when I look around 2 people sit in the boot capacity for 4 to six, the yoga was on as well. So crowded. 1 person sit in table for four. I ask the waitress if they can move 2 people to table that only for 2? They are just too polite and they just looking around wait until people finish and left without asking any.
I think the maanger supposed to allocate the guest and guide the guest to the table based on how many people to avoid complaint and of course we witness several complaints that day cause they can not find any table.
And we already booked the hotel awhile back and I told them that sunday will be my daughter birthday and they said will be complimentary cake and will deliver to the room. And of course they forget. we were waiting in the morning and have to call them they are apologies and yes hotel was busy. But they must have note or reminder or lack of communication.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Traveling with a 2-month-old baby can be challenging, but the hotel made our experience so much easier and more comfortable.
The staff kindly provided a baby crib upon request, which was greatly appreciated. They also prepared baby bath amenities, a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed as a family.
The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families traveling with young babies.
Amazing stay at Dago Heritage Swissbell, Rosanti truly made my day and checking and making sure everything is fine.

good services staff, might be need a little improvement about your glass door at smoking area near the pool because there is no sign board or directions, had door are closed with sofa, sometimes Im going wrong directions 😅
Nice view for the room scenery. Unfortunately I get mold on my blind's toilet. Hopefully it will be replaced by a new one. Get a nice approach by Ms. Rosanti to hear my complaint.
The breadfast spread is good and food was tasty. However, its the same food everyday with no changes to any items
The breakfast staff receiving guest, Vina was great. She has a great demeanour, pleasantness a real winner
The walkway or route to the breakfast area, is confusing so say the least. there are many obstacles, sofas from the lounge, tight squeeze to get to the breakfast area and no specific pathway going to the breakfast area directly.
No wine, beer or liquor us served in the lounge. we are sent to another shop located outside the lounge. If you are offering internation hotel services and you know that foreign guest will order beer, liquor or wine, the least you can do is get qualified hotel staff to learn to orders, and have them retrieve the drinsk from the shop and offer it to the guest.
Don't make it the customers problem.

Please fix the different output between customer booking confirmation in platform Agoda vs booking confirmation printed in receptionist. I was not expecting any issue prior to check in due to different room type. It's basic! Even though you gave me an upgraded room, but it was exhausted to made a complaint. Sorry, I didn't feel happy with this experience
In general not so good experience of room given. Considering class of executive suite i would say almost achieve standard level.
No good view, carpet feels dusty, sofa already old and unbalance.
