Pros:

The room was big enough

Cons:

There was an additional $100 fee. I had to pay upon arrival. Also I be paid cash but the hotel staff said it works not be refunded because of makeup and hair I l left on a pillowcase. This was not excessive and the pillowcase could have been easily washed with our taking my$100 deposit. I even offered to return to was it myself. There was no breakfast it we ms provided. I was told they didn't have any more muffins. So breakfasts was not put out

Pros:

The place looked clean and welcoming. The check-in staff was great. They answered all our questions and guided us through quite well.

Cons:

The check-out staff member was unserviceable, unwelcoming, and uncorteous. One of my family members woke up early to use the gym, which was stated that it opened at 6am. He saw it was closed and when he asked the staff member who was on his phone and didn't look up, he was told he's go open the door. My family member waited by the door for a good while. When my family member went to ask again, the staff member was still on his phone. He was asked about the gym again and then went to open the door.

Breakfast time was posted on the wall that it's from 6am-10am. The Breakfast room was closed. The same staff member said it opens at 9am, which we found totally ridiculous. We waited until that time, and the door was still closed. We were then directed to a self-standing white cart with some pastries, such as mini muffins and cookies, and bottles of water. This was the breakfast the hotel was offering: a grab-and-go breakfast.

When I book any hotels, breakfast is one of the must-haves on my list. I booked this hotel because it met all my requirements listed on the website. To have muffins and cookies as the breakfast provided by the hotel is not acceptable at all!

Cons:

Our room was never cleaned. We had to take our towels to the lobby in order to get clean ones, and the clerk told us housekeeping comes every 3 days . The toilet had a leak and no one came to fix it.

Will not go there again.
Cons:

The room was not clean. The air in the room was poor quality. There was one shampoo bottle for three people. There was no breakfast. There were granola bars for breakfast. The website said there is breakfast but there wasn’t. The evening staff was nice. The morning staff didn’t care.

Pros:

Water was VERY very hot. I like Hot water. This was very hot. Only issue, something kept biting my feet and legs. Once I put baby powder on,.they stopped biting. Rooms were very quiet, no noisy neighbors. Wonderful place. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Training a new lady when I checked it. I liked the method of training as well. Do this, this will happen. Watch for this and this, this is why, if so do this. Continued encouraging they new lady all the way.
I used a third party reservation system. That presented issues. Problem was on my part. They handled it well.

Pasamos la noche, estuvo bien.
Pros:

Muy cerca de la autopista, llegamos tarde y nos atendieron muy bien en el check in, habitación reducida pero con lo necesario. Se ve muy bien y muy mantenido el hotel y toda la recepción.

Cons:

Estás fuera del hotel, en unas piezas que dan hacia afuera y se nota falta de mantenimiento, había olor a orina en las galerías y gente deambulando en los alrededores. Deberían avisar eso en la publicación del hotel.

The staff wasn’t friendly they ran out of breakfast before 9 o’clock and the staff acted like they didn’t want to restock. The television kept freezing up, the bathroom was discussing not clean at all. The bed lining was dirty

I’ve had more comfort sleeping on the floor.
Pros:

The property is basically vacant, there aren’t many guests to service. The rooms were dirty, bathrooms were dirty, they have roaches. I had to be switched to a different room because my AC unit wasn’t working. But here’s the kicker instead of changing my room the first time the attendant elongated the process. Making both me and my children uncomfortable to say the least. The second room had a smell, like it needed to be aired out. The attendant wanted me to bring all my dirty towels and linen to the lobby in order to receive more. I WAS BOOKED FOR TWO NIGHTS AND THREE DAYS WITH CHILDREN!! Breakfast was non-existent, it was yogurt and granola bars served from a cart. The cleaning staff is rude, knocking at all times of the morning. Even the outside of the hotel, leaks from the ceiling, no elevators … just horrible, stranger lingering all times of the night. I advise you pay a couple extra dollars and stay somewhere else, or be prepared. BOTH of the female attendants very nasty attitude, short and poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!! Only good thing was the pool NO ONE was at the hotel so my kids basically had it to themselves.
