Cons:

Hot building did not have ac on. The whole building was hot. Out room never cooled off. No breakfast just a few bars and water

Pros:

Gostei da localização, fica bem próximo da I-10. O hotel é bonito, o quarto espaçoso e confortável, chuveiro é bom. Os atendentes da recepção foram atenciosos.

The room was ok

Cons:

The staff told me at 2:50 that I couldn't check in because I had to wait until 3. She then proceeded to do other things and didnt come back to the counter until 3:15. I think the reason is because she was alone and couldn't do everything herself. It shouldn't be that way. Especially at check in time.
Also, my first morning, during the time I should have been able to get my breakfast, it was closed.

Wouldn't stay here again and would question the Wyndham brand.
Pros:

Desk personnel were friendly

Cons:

Room was below standard. The price was exorbitant. We felt price gouged because of the graduation weekend. The breakfast was very meager and hardly any gluten free options. The coffee pots were always empty. The room was musty and sub standard.

El desayuno no fue sino una barra de proteína y un café, el desayuno continental no existe ni siquiera tienen un lugar para desayunar

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Cons:

The bed sheets was disgusting like it hasn’t been changed, I have pictures and videos of roaches crawling on the bed! There was rat poop on the sheets! Shows online there is a pool, but the pool is locked and you can’t get into the pool. People outside trying to sell drugs to everyone. Felt really uncomfortable. Was there for 20 minutes and left.. also when we asked for a refund they refused it and also I haven’t gotten my deposit back either. DO NOT RECOMMEND
