Pros:

Accessibility to highway, near restaurants, staff really nice,

HIGHLY DISGUSTED and UNSATISFIED.

Front desk clerk at checkout today this morning around 10:00am was pleasantly polite attentive listened to my issues patiently and although there wasn’t much she could do she was professional. That’s about all I liked about the property.

Cons:

The room was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom had hair in the tub what appeared to be a huge booger on the shower wall as well as the curtain in the room. The dismissive demeanor of the night shift clerk when we checked in Friday. The same yucky substance was on the window curtain in the room. Just seemed no one took the time to clean the room and at checkin it’s like the clerk searched for the least cleaned room in the system and gave it to me. Didn’t get into the pool it looked slimy. Did not even go to breakfast because the room was gross only god knows what the breakfast looked like. Asked for fresh linens because the sheets appeared to have trash or ashes on them the night shift clerk was unhelpful and even more so he was unconcerned. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the bed visible to the EYE. Whomever did housekeeping Friday August 28th before 3pm perhaps needs another lesson in cleanliness. And throw away that shower curtain because it’s GROSS! Oh and the $100 damage hold fee reduce that to $50 because your hotel needs to have a certain standard holding funds of $100 and nope Days Inn Conference Center IS NOT IT.

Pros:

Staff was great and accommodating. The inside of the hotel, the booking area, the piano, was very clean and nice. The outside of the property was not bad. It's fairly clean. However, the inside linings need.

Cons:

Bed linens were old. The smell in the room was stifling. The toilet was clogged up for several hours. After reporting it overnight, maintenance did not reach it until midday the next day.

If you bought through Booking.com you pay for old rooms and dirty sheets, say the front people.
Pros:

The ubication is good for my family and to continuo the travel.

Cons:

The assigned building was old, and the room smelled terrible; when we were moved to another room, we found dirty, worn-out sheets, so we ultimately decided to ask for fresh ones and change them ourselves. When we inquired about the new building, we were told that because we had booked through Booking.com, we were only entitled to the older rooms; a change would have cost 125% more.

Front desk service was terrible
Pros:

The location was close to the FSU campus, which is why we came.

Cons:

The people at the front desk were bickering with each other right in front of us and kept walking away without communicating with us, it took 35min to check in and there was a line of guests behind us. Neither looked us in the eye or apologized for the poor experience. If check in is at 3pm, you should be ready to handle guests at 3pm and not be in the middle of shift change.
