We stayed 3 nights. For 2 days, the room was not made. We had to be very insistent on the 3rd day of our stay to have it cleaned and towels replaced. I think they just planned not to do the room at all for the whole 3 days.
We had to leave the breakfast room. For 10 minutes, nobody came to greet us despite 5 waiters walking around. They were not serving or taking orders, just walking around.
The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Baltimore. The pool and gym are great. Room was well appointed. Bed very comfortable and ample supply of toiletries. Coffee shop and restaurant both very convenient as it was too hot to go far outside.
The safe wasn't working. It took 3 goes to fix it. The key card to the fitness didn't work. Again, it took a while to fix. Rooms are a bit old fashioned. Hotel has definitely seen better days.
The Harbour View Premier King room was very nice and comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi; and the outdoor gardens and patio on the 7th floor. The staff were terrific. Anthony greeted us, and was very helpful; seemed genuinely interested in helping guests. We were impressed with Daniela's service in the coffee shop and the restaurant. The housekeeper (I did not get her name) was very sweet, cheerful and helpful.
Maybe the restaurant/bar seemed like an after-thought, although the food tasted good. There were two grand pianos, so maybe 'dueling pianos' or music or karaoke for entertainment.

Every thing was amazing, all of the staff was very nice & went over and beyond to help. The room I booked was upgraded due to my room not having the purple loveseat. So the upgraded room I had was absolutely amazing. I would stay in that suite again for sure
No room service, and they only had one chef working for breakfast.
The front desk staff are awesome. The location is great; close to the waterfront and other activities.
The only complaint we have is the breakfast we had in the restaurant...it was tasteless and way way overpriced. We were the only people in the restaurant (for breakfast) and it took an awfully long time to get our food. The hostess/waitress was rude and slow.

I liked the couch that was in the room that I could look out of the window and see the city.
paid for a harbor view and didn’t get to see the harbor unless I left the hotel and walked across the street. for as much as I paid it wasn’t really anything extravagant but it was a nice getaway.

The room is little bit old, the carpet is not clean the coffee machine was not working.
Hotel was very nice, king suite with harbor view was huge, Staff was excellent. Location was terrific right across from the visitor center on the inner harbor. Walking distance to many attractions. Super clean comfortable stay.
Pool / Hot tub, was ok but slightly below average for this type of hotel.
