It was very dated. Needs a refresh and also better staffing in the restaurant. Would also be beneficial if they kept brunch open after 11 for people checking out to eat.

Comfortable and close to the attractions.
Pros:

The proximity to nearby attractions, right on the harbor, easy to walk around the area. We were there for a concert at the stadium, and it was a very easy walk to and from the stadium. We did not have to worry about uber/ parking for the event.

I can’t wait for another relaxing getaway to the Sonesta!!
Pros:

Wonderful location with a great view of the harbor. My wife enjoyed the bay window seat with a coach and chairs to entertain family or guests. This entertainment room also had a sofa bed and double doors with curtains to separate it from the simply amazing bed room!

Pros:

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! I love that they had a coffee station in the room and provided complimentary water bottles! The location was very convenient to the venue where we attended a concert.

The location is perfect, the staff attentive. This is my favorite place to stay on the inner harbor.

Michelle at the front desk was amazingly helpful. Excellent staff and fun stay.

A comfortable hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Baltimore. The pool and gym are great. Room was well appointed. Bed very comfortable and ample supply of toiletries. Coffee shop and restaurant both very convenient as it was too hot to go far outside.

Cons:

The safe wasn't working. It took 3 goes to fix it. The key card to the fitness didn't work. Again, it took a while to fix. Rooms are a bit old fashioned. Hotel has definitely seen better days.

disappointing. Not what you can expect.
Cons:

We stayed 3 nights. For 2 days, the room was not made. We had to be very insistent on the 3rd day of our stay to have it cleaned and towels replaced. I think they just planned not to do the room at all for the whole 3 days.
We had to leave the breakfast room. For 10 minutes, nobody came to greet us despite 5 waiters walking around. They were not serving or taking orders, just walking around.
