I love the pool they have and that it’s always clean. Fresh linens and beds are fantastic!!

Unprofessional management and not enough amenities for the price.
Pros:

The hotel was great. Comfy beds, nice rooms, coffee and cold water in the lobby.

Cons:

You have to pay $15 for parking, the maids bang on your door even when you have a "do not disturb" sign, they no longer serve breakfast, the pool was closed for 3 days for "maintenance" and the manager of the property was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and offensive! They also charged my husband and I $100 because 2 of the towels were "too dirty." And lectured us like children loudly in the pool area in front of other guests and didn't let up even after I agreed to pay $100 for 2 towels! We spent close to $2000 there! I will never stay there again!

Don’t stay here! Definitely not worth the amount of money I spent for one night, you’re better off sleeping in your car.

Dirty, smelled, electrical issues, sink backed up with mildew, park was bad. I told a staff member in the front desk and she didn’t seem to care too much.

Pros:

The hotel is nice. Room has refrigerator & was clean & cool. Pool is large & deep.

Cons:

Booking is my favorite way to travel, they show all fees upfront including taxes and parking. YET THIS HOTEL CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL $15 ON TOP OF THE PRICE SHOWN. Very shady. Include it in the price like everyone.

Great stay, great pool, excellent customer service, close to CSU Long Beach.
Pros:

Excellent customer service, beautiful pool and surroundings, comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms. Very easy access to CSU Long Beach.

Cons:

Nothing. It was great! Exactly as stated and exactly what we were looking for.
