This hotel is an older hotel in the area - I have been staying here on business for decades and it is because of their staff. Linda and Suni at the front desk greet me each time with a balance of professionalism and familiarity!

The trash that accumulated outside the property on the garage side.
The room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Some of the furnishings in the room were clearly wearing or worn out. That’s why the one star was taken off.
Excellent customer service
The only thing holding me bk from booking again possibly is parking is high and should be complimentary and the rooms and bathrooms are small and dated.
Was there to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere. I ate at the Yard House nearby. I enjoyed a couple of cocktails. I also was able to secure a table where I had a house salad, filet mignon, grilled vegetables with a bed of mashed potatoes.
Stayed in Sacramento Holiday Inn for a conference. Room was very clean. Only issue was the freeway noise which made my sleeping difficult. Staff was super friendly and amenities were nice.

Absolutely outstanding stay! I cannot say enough good things about this Holiday Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Every employee I interacted with was professional, courteous, friendly, and genuinely kind.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed every part of my stay. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in providing excellent service and creating a positive experience for their guests.
In today’s world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, but this team delivered it consistently. Their attention to detail, warm attitude, and willingness to help made all the difference.
Thank you to everyone at the Holiday Inn for making my visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the Sacramento area.
