Un muy buen hotel con todos los servicios y calidades que podrías esperar de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Algo apartado del centro pero bien comunicado tanto en bus como en tren, además tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto gratuito.

Nice airport hotel
Pros:

Convenient location, when having an early flight out of Brussels. Quiet rooms.

Cons:

A typical hotel… nothing very exciting about it, but also nothing to complain about.
Shuttle from and to the hotel are running in the morning and the evening only.

Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren jedes Jahr mit einer größeren Gruppe aus Deutschland und Belgien in dieses Hotel und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Umso enttäuschender ist unser aktueller Aufenthalt.

Bei Booking.com steht lediglich, dass zusätzliche Kosten für Haustiere anfallen können. Auch in der Antwort des Hotels wird nur von einem „Aufpreis von 25 €“ gesprochen – dass damit 25 € pro Tag und pro Hund gemeint sind, ist für uns keineswegs ersichtlich. Bei zwei Hunden (von denen einer ein Allergika Hund ist der nicht haart) wurden uns nun 150 € zusätzlich berechnet, obwohl das Zimmer für zwei Personen lediglich 270 € gekostet hat. Das empfinden wir als völlig unverhältnismäßig und vor allem nicht transparent kommuniziert.

Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang an der Rezeption: unfreundlich, unkooperativ und keine nachvollziehbare Erklärung, wofür diese tägliche Gebühr eigentlich berechnet wird. Am Ende wurde der Betrag einfach abgebucht, ohne dass unsere Fragen vernünftig geklärt wurden.

Nach zehn Jahren und vielen Aufenthalten mit größeren Gruppen hätten wir deutlich mehr Wertschätzung und Transparenz erwartet. Für uns steht leider fest: Wir werden künftig nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Not your typical European hotel
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable, The fitness center was better than the average fitness center and very clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast and hotel amenities including the complementary items in the minifridge were all a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

The parking fee of 25 Euros.

nice hotel, welcoming staff and great location if you're in Brussels for work.
Pros:

The location is very convenient for whoever intends to reach EUROCONTROL HQs. It is also easily connected to the airport through their own transfer service. Rooms are big, staff is nice and breakfast is good. However, it could benefit from more vegan options.
