Disappointed stay
Pros:

Disappointed, invited friends to join us saying a lovely hotel, on arrival asked for£10.00extra for each room to check in 45 minutes before 3pm apparently a new policy for early check in, £30 before 1 £20 before 2 and £10 before 3pm. Rooms were ok marks on the carpets, basic nothing in the mini bar, not Marriot standard. Despite being bon-voyage members and regular visitors to browns restaurant and bar are will be trying elsewhere next time.

Convenient and comfortable stay in Cardiff.
Pros:

Great location with walking distance to the train station and the CBD. The room was very spacious too. Great to have a 12pm checkout and the staff were friendly & helpful.

It’s right in the heart of the bar’s and restaurants outside area and the vibe is great and

Best hotel in Cardiff
Pros:

Amazing hotel and staff! Very clean and everyone there was very pleasant and helpful.
Such a convenient location with everything right there. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun. Would definitely stay here every time I visit Cardiff.

Nice hotel but couldn’t sleep due to the aircon unit being noisy despite it being off

We have always stayed at the cardiff Marriot, but this will be ....I think our last visit, though the room was clean it is somewhat outdated , bed was rock hard staff are lovely , browns is overpriced both food and drinks,

Lovely room, poor breakfast
Pros:

Friendly staff, good size room, comfortable bed, central to the Theatre, shops, Restaurants and Train Station.

Cons:

Very poor breakfast, cold food, little choice, depressing breakfast room that was difficult to access with key card, not recommended.
