The location is excellent. The room was outstanding and exceptionally clean.

Our room looked like it was for a wheelchair user therefore there was a large step into a tiny shower which was dangerous when getting in and out. The shower tray was not non-slip. Toilet very low down so difficult to use. Bathroom sink was very very low so difficult to use to have a wash. Only one chair in the room so one of us had to sit on the edge of the bed. Not sure why we were allocated such an unsuitable room. We were too tired to go through the hassle of changing rooms once we'd arrived . A bare wire is exposed on the skirting board under the tv. The room looked shoddy. We parked in the allocated Marriott car space but the walk from the carpark to the hotel is poorly signed and not pleasant (or particularly safe). Upon leaving the carpark the barrier did not rise as we had not been advised to verify our ticket. All round a disappointing experience for a Marriott hotel having used them throughout the world, which is why we chose this one. Doubtful we'll stay there again.

前台搞错了我们的房间，大床房变成了标间，下楼更换。
所谓的赠送的免费早餐，是额外一个小房间提供的限量食物，而非酒店普通住客的早餐，品质差很多。

Not enough loo roll for a family of 4. Half a roll left in the bathroom.
Staff were amazing and really nice.
Was upgraded and the room was lovely. Nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Bathroom was a little dark and I didnt like having to pay for WiFi.

No AC in the hole building on 31 degrees it was a terrible nights sleep and will not be going back or recommending this place the 1 thing we needed and it was broken ,bit of a joke that
