Great location if visiting for a concert at the arena
The location was great. They upgraded my room, and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The location is brilliant - plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.
The hotel has its own car park which is very convenient. Cost is £18 a day.
The outside seating area is a great place for a drink and a snack and to meet friends.
The refurbished restaurant and bar area is lovely.

The room was a little disappointing.
It had been refurbished since our last visit but it was small and had no storage apart from the wardrobe and one small bedside drawer. Not even a desk to put things on. We were staying for 2 nights so left everything in the case that wasn’t on a hanger so it was ok. But if you were staying longer it was a little spartan considering the price we paid. Far more luxurious rooms in the price bracket within walking distance of this hotel so we’ll probably look elsewhere for our next stay.
The over bath shower was difficult to operate.
We had a snack on the terrace which was very disappointing. We ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
