Pros:

Location is fantastic! V near to the train station & next to the big shopping mall. Short walking distance to the museum & castle. V easy to get cabs too! Enjoyed my stay a lot!

e enjoyed our stay and staff were very helpful, we did have reservations on room 911.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, room very clean although the room was next to the elevator.

Cons:

Late night singing across the road went on into the early hours of the morning. Although we were on the 9th floor we could hear it going on.

Pros:

Locatie prima, midden in het centrum van de stad, bij het station. Verder wat je verwacht van een hotelketen. Fatsoenlijk ontbijt. Grote kamer met mooi uitzicht (in elk geval op de 9e verdieping). Beetje verouderd, maar wel met een frisse badkamer.

Cons:

De vloerbedekking zag er een beetje onderkomen uit, met wat vlekken. De ramen kunnen gelukkig open, maar dan heb je wel wat last van het stadlawaai

Sijainniltaan erinomainen, mikä osaltaan kompensoi sitä, että huone oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt.
Pros:

Pidin erityisesti hotellin sijainnista. Vastaanotto toimi nopeasti ja ystävällisesti, samoin ravintolahenkilökunta. Kiva, että huoneessa oli vedenkeitin, instant-kahvia ja teetä.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneessa olisi voinut olla lämmitys päällä. Yksi mittari liian viileälle kylpyhuoneelle on, että pyyhkeet eivät kuivu siellä lainkaan. Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli kylmä, samoin siis vesikiertoinen pyyheteline. Huone oli jo jotenkin kulunut ja kaipaisi uudistusta, huone ei ollut kovin viihtyisä, vaikka tilaa oli. En tiedä, annetaanko esim. Booking.com kautta huoneen varanneille ja maksaneille asiakkaille vanhempia huoneita ja sellaisia, joita ei vielä ole remontoitu, ennemmin kuin suoraan hotellista varanneille vieraille?

Convenient, comfortable outstanding hospitality

Perfekt um Cardiff zu erkunden
Pros:

Die Lage war unschlagbar und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch eine Änderung des Anreisedatums war kein Problem. Bahnhof und Busstation sind auch nebenan, sehr praktisch zum erkunden der Umgebung.Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Also nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt.

Probably will not stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent central city location. On site car parking. Bar, restaurant and staff excellent.

Cons:

King room so, so basic. No draws or shelves to put cloths. No dressing table or anywhere to sit in front of mirror to apply makeup. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Kettle in room but had to ask at front desk for coffee and tea bags. Bath/ shower very high and dangerous to get out of. Room very minimalist!

Won't be going back - there have to be better options at a better price in Cardiff!
Pros:

Staff we generally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No air conditioning, so room was too warm. Bed was very uncomfortable (I have travelled to nearly 70 countries in all types of basic accommodation, so I am used to rough and ready sleeping arrangements, but for the price of the room, this was very poor).
