i will not book at the same hotel again
Pros:

I booked with Breakfast and Dinner, Breakfast was good
Dinner was really bad, It was a meal and it was really bad. Only 2 meals and i have to choose one.

Cons:

They give me a room facing cooling district exactly, very noisy, couldn't sleep for 3 nights
I asked to change my room, but as usual they told we do not have an empty room.
I checked with booking .com, they were more than 25 rooms available.
This is a pity.

ربما لم اوفق في موقع الغرفة ولكن اتوقع ان العزل السيء سيكون ايضا في باقي الغرف

تعامل الموظفين ونظافة المكان

Cons:

مساحة الغرفة صغيرة والعزل سيء جداً ، كانت الغرفه مقابلة للمصعد واصوات الزوار كانت مزعجة وقريبة جداً وكانهم امام الباب مباشرة لم اجد الخصوصية المطلوبة ايضاً دفعت مبلغ اضافي على الاطلالة ولكن الاطلالة كانت على شارع ومبنى قيد التنفيد

سكنت في الفندق ليلة وحده وكان سعرها ب 325
وقسمت الحساب نص شبكه 162.5 ونص كاش ودفعت 200 ريال كاش اخذ الموظف الكاش وقالي باقي لك 37.5 برجع لك الباقي للغرفه مع العامل او مريني اي وقت ،،
جلست يوم كامل انتظر المبلغ وماجاني كلمتهم وقت خروجي وقلت جهزوا المبلغ قالي تمام اشوف جيت اسوي التشك اوت قالي الموظف"ثامر الشهراني"
حالياً موموجود بنحولك بحسابك انا استغربت اول مره فندق يسوي هالطريقه مع النزلاء معقوله 24 ساعه ماقدرتوا تدبرون مبلغ بسيط ولو ان هم اللي يطلبون مني لو ريال ماسمحوا لي ادخل
والموظف نفسه هو اللي سوا لي تشك ان وزياده ع كذا وقت الدخول تأخروا علي حدود النصف ساعه بحجة ان الغرفه ماجهزت ورقيت اشوفها قبل احجز احصل الغبار ع الطاولات والسرير ماترتب كويس
يعني حتى تعويض مافي ضيافه مافي تطيب خاطر الزبون ويفكر انه يرجع مرة ثانيه لكن للأسف مستحيل ارجع له تعامل الموظف باررررررد جدددداً وكأني اطلب منه شيء من جيبه
