Excellent - sorry to leave.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent.
Room comfort acceptable.
Loved the wide and prompt lift service.
Only negative - late room service . Usually 3.30 - 4pm each day.
I will stay at Delta again.

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist gross und wurde auf eine gute Temperatur gekühlt, d.h. nicht zu stark (man könnte selber regulieren). Die Dusche ist gut. Es hat einen grossen Fernseher, einen Kühlschrank und einen Pult mit verschiedenen Steckdosen.

Cons:

Der Lärm. Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht. Am Samstag lief in der Nähe laute Musik (zum Glück nur bis Mitternacht) und den Strassenlärm hört man sehr gut.

Pros:

L'emplacement est bien pour visiter la ville. le personnel est sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse. La salle de sport très complète et le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien.

Cons:

J'avais choisi cet établissement entre autre pour sa soit disant literie confortable. Ce n'était pas du tout le cas pour notre chambre, le matelas était très inconfortable et mérite d'être changé rapidement.

A great family stay with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. A bit shout out to a lady called Kerri (Cerri) in the breakfast restaurant who went above expectations and was very kind to my shy 11 year old.

Everything!! Amazing location, fabulous view, wonderful helpful courteous staff, nothing was too much trouble the were all just a credit to you thankyou

Exceeded expectations excellent value for money
Pros:

Gym was one of the best I have been in and very quiet 7-8 breakfast was excellent with everything you can imagine on offer room was comfortable staff really friendly.

Cons:

I felt the advertised restaurant offerings didn't quite match what I found on arrival but the food in the restaurant excellent all the same

Nice hotel near city centre but in quiet location
Pros:

The room is spacious, a nice modern bathroom with a big shower. Beds were also comfy. I loved the water dispenser at reception to avoid wasting plastic bottles!

Lovely hotel, well arranged, good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great hotel, very helpful staff, it had everything that we needed. Highly recommended

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small and it was tricky to get in. Tight to move around when helping a child with shower. But for adults it’s manageable, I guess.
