Wonderful location and a superb family hotel
The coffee at breakfast is breathtakingly bad.
The location was great! The room was spacious.
We didn’t get any water in the room, even after asking twice. Also no complimentary bathroom supply.
The location was a easy two metro stations away from Marylebone, where there were tons of nice shops and restaurant.
Generally, the hotel was outdated, the carpets in the room, the swimming pool area. The first day, the water in the shower would not drain properly, so we had to inform the staff. They did fix it promptly, but if it was so easy to fix it, why was it not done at the first place?
It is not a luxury hotel, but also not quite cheap. It wasn’t good value for the money.
Our daughter is Allergic to mites, tends to get a stuffy nose where they is too much dust. Whether it was the dirty carpet, air conditioner or blankets we don’t know, but she had a stuffy nose during the entire one week stay.
We stayed at a lot of hotels around the world, never came back to the hotel for a rest around 4p.m and the room was still not made. Had to wait at the lobby after informing the front desk, while they made the room. It happened three times in a row, until we decided to inform the front desk every single day we leave, in order to remind them to make the room.
We had a wonderful family stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regent's Park! The overall vibe of the hotel is warm and welcoming, the rooms are very comfortable, and the facilities—especially the indoor heated pool—were a real highlight for us.
What truly made our stay standout was the exceptional customer care. Upon check-in, we encountered a minor booking glitch (coincidentally very similar to an issue we once had at the Goa Marriott!), but Sachin at the front desk was absolute class and sorted it out effortlessly for us. A big shout-out to Fyaz as well, who was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
If you're driving, the ground-level parking is great (just be sure to look into booking apps like 'Your Parking Space' for much better daily rates!).

Very disappointed with my recent stay, as the title mentions, your very much paying for the Name of the hotel rather then the quality of it in itself .
The negatives first,
The hotel is extremely old and outdated. There’s zero question about that. The external entrance to the hotel needs a new lease of life as is looking a bit drab. The main foyer itself is nice, clean, tidy etc, spacious etc, but the problems creep up once past that point.
The Room - Deluxe Family Room
Upon entering our room, we were without the complimentary free water, no slippers or robes etc. Took over an hour for these to be brought up too after requesting them, and when they were, slippers nor the Robs fit myself at all. Not the best start.
The room itself, whilst nice enough, was not what I would expect a ‘Marriot’ room to be. There were large coffee stains on the floor by the bed, other food / drink stains splattered about on the carpet, scratched and peeling mirror in the bathroom, artwork that had clearly gotten wet and stained at some point and pen scribbles on the base of one of the beds. Also, no lock on the bathroom door, seemingly broken and never replaced which seemed odd.
The Rooms Balcony -
The balcony, whilst great to have some outside space and access to fresh air which is a huge plus, was again, extremely tired and outdated. The tiny space we did have overlooked the car park and bins, so the view was awful and we were interrupted constantly during the night by car alarms, people slamming car doors etc. The railings were rust stained and not recently cleaned, same too for the air conditioning vents, and the external floor of the balcony.
We did not use the gym, sauna etc whilst there, but did use the pool.
2 parts to this, 1) it was great to have access to a swimming pool and nice to be able to take the kids swimming on site, BUT having worked in leisure industry for years: this pool and the changing room facilities etc are TIRED and hugely outdated. Half the lockers in the changing rooms were out of battery, general decor was extremely drab and worse then many budget gyms and health centres. The pool itself was stuffy, only 1.2m deep at its deepest and the tiles and surrounding area were dull, poorly decorated and simply 20 years too old without an update
The corridors to the rooms were also seemingly never touched as just a door down to us there was a Nando’s delivery bag left in the corridor that was there from when we checked in, to the afternoon the next day when we checked out. This wasn’t the only lot of rubbish left outside doors that seemingly was never collected.
On to the positives:
We ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant and have to say the staff were very polite and welcoming, and the food was great, not excessively expensive either so can’t have many complaints there. That was an overall positive experience.
Breakfast was included in the room price and again, have to say, very nice, lost of selection for just about anything you could want and was offered by staff to make anything we wanted that wasn’t on the buffet so again, very helpful and positive interactions there.
Overall, my overarching feeling is we’ve left with more negatives then positives and have stayed in lesser name hotels for a lot less financially and come away with much better reviews and feelings on it,
Based on the negatives, and that I don’t see the necessary updates being made anytime soon, I would not recommend the Hotel to friends and family.
Yes ok thank you

Nice and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Interesting area.
The only thing that really needs improvement is the coffee at breakfast: instant coffee of very bad quality :-(
The hotel is in need of some TLC. Looks shabby in places. The reception area is very warm and overcrowded with people just sat around? Rooms hot even though air conditioning overnight, especially the bathroom.
La chambre était assez grande pour 4 avec un vrai lit pour les enfants.
Moquette usée et surtout mal aspirée, piscine sur-vendue sur les photos, elle ne donnait pas autant envie en vrai même si les enfants ont apprécié.
