Cons:

Got to room and only two beds. When asked for an extra bed, the receptionist said i dont think that would be possible. But it was in the end fine as the room was big enough. Also had ants in the room and nothing could be done....

An average hotel stay and quite a disappointment from a Marriott branded hotel.
Pros:

The customer service at their in-house restaurant, Carluccios was very good and responsive to our requirements. Also, the room size was very impressive and this is probably why I'll come back to this hotel.

Cons:

The room air conditioning did not work well and when it was reported, the staff were unresponsive in fixing it, rather they kept sending me to different departments who they said were responsible to fix it. The staff at check-in were very rude, they practically acted like they were pissed off that I arrived early as I had previously mentioned that I would, when I booked the room.

Viešbučio personalas draugiškas, profesionalus - ypač restorano darbuotoja Korina (Kotrina gal, dėl vardo atsiprašau).
Patiko viešbučio lokacija, veikiantis restoranas vakare. Po anomalinio karščio 34° - vakarinis šaltas alus Peroni viešbučio pastogėje buvo wow. Puikiai išsimiegojome su veikiančiu kondicionieriumi. Ačiū!

Great location disappointed with the room
Pros:

We enjoyed the stay here in March with it being in good location and easy access to the tube good friendly staff and very clean

Cons:

Our only problem was the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We went to reception and asked if they could fix it,however it was still broke when we got back. We did receive a very small fan but for 4 people in a big room didn’t do much use. Our fridge was also broke so we couldn’t have a cold drink to wake up with on a morning
