Pros:

Lovely clean quiet room. Staff all very helpful and friendly. special thanks to the dining room staff and the chef for sorting out dietary requirements with no fuss at all!

Good spacious comfy accomodation
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean, and a very good size . Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

A large tourist group descended on the breakfast area and like a swarm of locust eat all the bread and pasteries. The staff despite thier best efforts struggled to keep up.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend them to friends and family
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were fantastic. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

The price of breakfast was £17.95 (per person) if you didn’t pay for it when you booked the room which is very expensive in my opinion

Pros:

Friendly staff. Restaurant at property. Also nice swimming pool and fitness room. Quiet area in countryside, but close enough to main roads to travel north or south.

Exactly what you expect from a chain hotel. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are good
Pros:

Room was a standard hotel chain room, functioning and lovely and clean. Buffet breakfast which was very good and plentiful. The bed was very good, lovely clean linen. The room was a little warm without the air on through the night.

Cons:

Nothing, it was a very nice stay.

Horrid place
Pros:

Getting a delivery was the only good thing and spa was good

Cons:

The attitude on the reception and the fact that there didn't tell me that there would require 50 pounds off my card when I paid for hotel in full balance took 4 days to go back into my account had there told me that would of been fine but rude reception
