Pros:

Staff were lovely, great customer service. Really clean and stylish. Slept really well on day before wedding and night of Wedding.

Cons:

We wanted to use the spa on a Thurday night and it closed at 7pm which we didn't know. I was there with a friend and my best man came. It was a shame and if we had of known before I arrived we could have planned for a spa somewhere else.

Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again. Convenient hotel location with all the facilities needed.
Pros:

The property has everything on site, restaurant, Starbucks cafe, swimming pool and fitness room. Friendly staff and comfy rooms. Easy access from the motorways around Newcastle.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time we had 2 rooms next to the generator. The window was taped up as there was no view and the generator was quite loud. Last time I stayed, the location of the room was better. Hopefully, next time too.

Pros:

Spacious rooms, very clean and staff were very helpful. Food lovely, would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Certain items advertised for breakfast not available.
The pool was so busy that swimming was impossible and too many families throwing balls, goggles, toys etc.
No main light in rooms, lamps only.
