Wunderschönes gepflegtes Hotel
Pros:

Es gibt zwei Frühstück Restaurants, eines davon hat gesunde Speisen.
Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön und die Strandliegen super bequem.

The staff were very nice, good quality of the food. The resort is quite and not too big. We really had good time there. If we were back in Crete, we will definitely come again.

Pros:

Hotel superbe. Le personnel était adorable, souriant, prêt à rendre service et toujours disponible. Le buffet matin et soir était copieux et délicieux. Les piscines étaient très belles et très propres. La plage privée est très proche avec de nombreux transats.
idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Cons:

La première nuit , nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur un chantier et avec les bruits de la rue en bas. Mais dès le lendemain une autre chambre donnant sur la piscine nous a été attribuée. L’accueil a été adorable et a vite réagi pour nous satisfaire.

The hotel was simply amazing! Perfect location — only about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, right on the main hotel street and just steps from the beach.

There is a great variety of rooms, including rooms with private pools. On our first night, we had an issue with the location of our room, and the reception team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even offered us a Superior Room at no extra cost. The service throughout our stay was exceptional — friendly, attentive, quick and always with a big smile.

The two beautiful large pools, the delicious and varied food, the lovely spa and its wonderful treatments — everything was simply perfect for a relaxing, peaceful and pampering holiday.

A very special thank you to Anastasia, our lovely and kind waitress; Sisi at reception, for her understanding and wonderful service; the lovely housekeepers Maria and Roro; the sweet Spa Manager, whose name I’m unfortunately sorry to have forgotten, but whom I certainly won’t forget; and Lena from Guest Relations, always so warm, kind and welcoming.

Thank you all for making our holiday so wonderful. You made us feel truly cared for and welcome. We’ll see you next year! ❤️

2. mal und wieder 100% glücklich

Wir waren bereits das 2. mal im
Paralos und wieder genauso glücklich wie das erst mal! Alles war super sauber, das Personal wahnsinnig nett und bemüht und das Essen sehr lecker und vielfältig! Klare Empfehlung :) vielen Dank liebes paralos Team, kommen nächstes Jahr wieder
