Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely adults-only boutique hotel and would happily recommend it.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine by the friendly front office team. Lena, Katerina, Dimitris and Georgia were all incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful throughout our stay, as was the concierge, George, who was always on hand with excellent recommendations and assistance.
The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, not far from the airport, with a selection of restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with two main swimming pools and plenty of comfortable sun loungers.
One feature we particularly appreciated was the hotel's policy of not allowing guests to reserve loungers with towels or bags. This ensured there were almost always loungers available throughout the day, creating a much fairer and more relaxing experience for everyone.
The hotel also has a spa, an indoor gym and an outdoor gym next to one of the pools, where Pilates classes are held. Complimentary drinking water is provided on a daily basis, which is a thoughtful touch.
The beach is one of the best we've visited. It's just a few steps from the pool area, with comfortable loungers, a beachfront restaurant and attentive waiter service available both on the beach and around the pools. Beach towels can be exchanged daily between 10:00 and 11:00 at the main pool, and if you miss this time, reception is happy to assist.
There are two restaurants: a buffet restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, and an à la carte restaurant by the beach, which offers a healthy breakfast and includes one complimentary dinner per stay for guests.
We stayed in a Superior Double Room (great housekeeping) with a garden view, which was spacious and well equipped. Having two balconies with a table and chairs was a real bonus, as was the dedicated area for hanging wet swimwear.
There are just a couple of suggestions that could make an already excellent stay even better. As the hotel promotes healthy dining, it would be wonderful to see a wider range of unsweetened breakfast options and lower-sugar choices to better cater for guests with diabetes or those following a reduced-sugar diet. In addition, as the hotel does not offer an all-inclusive option, it could enhance the guest experience by allowing guests to purchase and enjoy their preferred drinks from outside sources, at public areas at the hotel, rather than restricting the consumption of beverages not purchased at the hotel.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the stunning beach, excellent facilities and genuinely warm, attentive staff made for a memorable holiday.
Would we return? Absolutely. Pack your bags - you won't regret it!

Overall hotel location (close to airport, next to the beach and the city) extremely friendly staff, very good service. Everything in public areas of the hotel are very very clean, washed and taken care. Cats are amazing :) Restaurants by the pool and sea, scenario and views are amazing. Beach bar had small shows more or less every evening.

Our stay at Paralos Lifestyle Beach was simply perfect from the first to the last minute. The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, offers delicious food, and is located directly on a stunning private beach with crystal-clear water.

One of the absolute highlights was our swim-up room. Being able to step straight from our room onto the terrace and into our own private pool was pure luxury. Starting every morning with a swim in complete peace and relaxation made our stay even more special and unforgettable.

What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is its incredible staff. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many excellent hotels, but we have never experienced such genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality. Every single member of the team greeted us with a smile, was always happy to help, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Their professionalism combined with their friendly and caring attitude created an atmosphere that is simply impossible to forget.

A special mention goes to the Beach Bar team. They were absolutely fantastic every single day. Always smiling, cheerful, attentive, and incredibly welcoming, they created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether preparing delicious cocktails, serving drinks with genuine enthusiasm, or simply taking a moment for a friendly chat, they made every visit to the beach even more enjoyable. They are a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should be.

The food was another highlight. The buffet offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, and every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything exceeded our expectations.

What we will remember most, however, is the people. It is rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely enjoys making guests happy. Their warmth, dedication, and attention to detail are what make Paralos Lifestyle Beach such an extraordinary place.

Thank you to the entire team for giving us one of the best holidays we have ever had. We are already looking forward to returning and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, wonderful food, beautiful surroundings, and the friendliest staff imaginable.

הגענו עם 2 ילדים טבעוניים ואחראי חדר האוכל בשם Matrie דאג להם באופן אישי ונתן לנו שירות ברמה גבוהה.

We first stayed at this hotel in 2024 and loved our experience so much that we decided to come back in 2026. Once again, we were not disappointed!
The hotel is still as wonderful as we remembered. Everything was clean, comfortable, well maintained and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was great to see that the high standards have remained the same.
We had another fantastic stay and will most likely come back for a third time in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Everything, it was amazing

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic hotel, having enjoyed one of the most relaxing holidays we've ever had. The hotel is on the smaller side, which made it feel more personal, but it has the luxurious feel one would expect of a top-notch resort. We had a large room with a shared splash pool only three steps from our door; it was wonderful and worth every penny.

If you're a beach person, this is the place for you. The hotel has it's own space on the large blue-flag Amoudara Beach, with lots of comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and bali beds - all with waiter service for drinks and snacks. Fantastic option to the pools.

The staff are always what makes the difference between good stays and great stays; Paralos Lifestyle has this aspect just right. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and engaging, with every request met with a warm Cretan smile. I have to give a special mention to Vasso, one of the restaurant managers, who made our stay that little bit more special - she was funny and a delight to be around.

The entire complex was spotless, with cleaners always busy. If they weren't cleaning your room, they were washing the footpaths, wiping down sunbeds or working on the pool areas - of which there are ten. There was never a time when every sunbed by a pool was taken, which made a refreshing change.

The food was fantastic, with plenty of choices and far too many to get through in any one evening or breakfast. There were plenty of local dishes, and lots for vegetarians and vegans to choose from, all really good, even for a meat-eater like me. The amuse-bouche-style starters each evening were great and always inventive.

The à la carte restaurant was also great, with waiter service for a change and a wonderful setting overlooking the beach and the sea. This same restaurant is open for breakfast, offering healthier options, with a wide range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc., choices.

Thanks largely to it being an adult-only hotel, it was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere overall, although there is an outdoor theatre/event space almost next door, which shows films most nights (which aren't too loud) and concerts on a few others - the rap battle night was awful, but that might just be our age.

Perhaps the best indication of just how much we enjoyed our holiday is the fact that we've already booked for the same 2 weeks next year. I just hope nothing or no one has changed when we get there.

We initially booked this hotel for just one night, but after experiencing it, we decided to stay for the rest of our holiday. That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed our stay.
We loved every aspect of the hotel. The staff are exceptionally professional, warm, and trained to the highest standards of hospitality. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcome.
The main restaurant was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner offered a carefully selected variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients that exceeded most all-inclusive experiences we have had.
The resort features numerous swimming pools, including several private/shared pools, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable.
The location is another major advantage, just about 20 minutes by taxi from Heraklion Airport, making it very convenient while still offering a relaxing setting.
On our last evening, the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful gift waiting in our room. It was such a lovely and unexpected gesture that truly impressed us and made our stay even more memorable.
We would happily return without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

A great hotel, with fantastic staff - attentive, always cheery and friendly - really good food and drinks. We had a first floor room with balcony and a fabulous view down the resort to the sea, good size and always well cleaned. Would highly recommend a stay here for you to experience for yourself.

We flew in to Heraklion and stayed for 4 nights before moving on to Agios Nikolaos . This is a very relaxed hotel with extremely helpful staff . I don't do buffets but if I did i'd do this for choice and no hassle experience . The à la carte restaurant was also equally high standard for service and food choice.
Lots of comfortable sun beds available and beach access. Nice Vibe . We will be back ..👍
