Bei nächster Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub, geht es direkt nach Hause.

Cons:

Flughafentransfer Terminal -> Hotel am 21.5, dreimaliger Anruf im Hotel bis man wusste wo man abgeholt wird. Da es wohl ein fester Platz ist, sollte man dies bei der Buchung direkt mit angeben. (McDonalds) Fahrer ohne Sympathie, Koffer mussten selber ein- und ausgeladen werden. Ironie, ob man die Kofferraumklappe auch noch schließen sollte, hat er nicht verstanden!!

Transfer Hotel - Parkaus 3 dagegen ein netter Fahrer, der ganz selbstverständlich auch Koffer ein- und ausgeladen hat.

Gute Lage, freundliches, aber teilweise inkompetentes Personal

Cons:

Meine Zimmertüre liess sich nicht richtig schliessen, ich musste sie zuschlagen, sodass die Nachbarn davon gestört wurden. Das Personal am Empfang fand das lustig, ist das Köllscher Humor?

Pros:

Não houve hospedagem. Recebi um e-mail que não confirmava a reserva e por isso não fui, mas o hotel foi intransigente mesmo eu enviando o email provando o ocorrido.
Simplesmente ignoraram o cliente/hóspede.

Strictly recommended for early morning flights the next day from Cologne
Pros:

Very close to Airport Bonn-Cologne. Perfect, if you have an early flight. We arrived the evening before, joined a warm welcome at the Check-in, dinner at the restaurant and a drink at the bar. The whole staff very friendly and competent. Start in the early morning to vacation. We booked sleep, park and fly. Shuttle bus just in time, 5 min. far away from the Airport. Strictly recommended
