Frühstücksangebot sehr reichhaltig

Cons:

Das Reinigungspersonal wurde von einem männlichen Vorgesetzten etwa fünf Minuten lang lautstark angeschrien. Der Vorfall ereignete sich in um 9:00 am Morgen und war deutlich hörbar. Das Verhalten wirkte einschüchternd und unangemessen.

Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch in Düsseldorf im Leonardo Royal.
Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, zu keiner Zeit viel auf, dass doch einige Gäste gefrühstückt haben (es wurde praktisch immer wieder aufgefüllt). Mein Zimmer war schön gross und direkt neben dem Lift gelegen.

Pros:

The proximity to the shopping street and old town, everything was within a 15 minute walking range. It was within close walking range from the train station and had many restaurants around to dine in.

Generell ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer, ein sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Auch die Lage ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Punkt eins: WENN ich eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer habe und ich Trotz KÄLTESTER Einstellung mir im Zimmer den Ars.. abschwitze, dann bringt die Klima Anlage nicht wirklich was.
Punkt 2: WENN ich in der Austattung "Minibar" abgebe, dann erwarte ich auch das auch Getränke im Kühlschrank sind. Wenn das nicht der Fall ist, dann darf ich auch nur "Kühlschrank" in die Austattung schreiben.
